Ms. Hardy could not fix our washer. She ordered parts she stated were required, installed them, but still could not fix our machine. Then she was unable to return the parts she un-installed and only refunded us half of what she owed us. We are still waiting for the remaining $100 - and she still has the parts that we paid for. She also did not return phone calls once she skipped out on paying us back. Do not hire this person unless you want to be ripped off and do not be fooled by her ads which state Honest, Fair and Dependable (we got fooled and now we are out $100). If this repair person wants to improve her standing, she best own up when she can't fix something and then not hold the customer's money hostage pending deals she is trying to work with the manufacturer. Bottom line - when you screw up you don't keep the customer's money and then refuse to answer / return their phone calls when they are trying to get their money back. We at least let her keep her service call fee of $65, but she did not have the same courtesy in returning the money used to order parts/shipping, and taxes - shame on you.
