At first I came into the dealer thinking these people can be trusted and respectful BUT after buying a preowned vehicle I realized what a horrible mistake I've made. They did not inspect the vehicle at all! after one day of buying the car

I'm and out for an oil change scheduled that morning for noon in 30 minutes. Told Bob I needed to bed out quick, and they even had the car washed and ready within that time. I'm so much closer to suburban Nissan but I like how easy it is

We were out of town for a softball tournament and found a screw in our tire. We pulled in and Michael was awesome from the start. Within 5 minutes he had our car in for service and they also found something else that was under warranty

Philip was very informative and helped me pick a great vechile.I came in looking at the Rouge but the style had changed (which I liked) but I could tell was to big for me.He showed me the Select Rouge but I was not impressed.Than he showed me the Juke.After a test drive,I was sold.Now I had to convince my husband that it was just the size I needed.So they let me take it home for the night.Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful.The paper work was a breeze,took less than a hour.I have sat way longer than that before at other dealerships.So the whole experience was great.

I love how prompt and attentive the service staff was on my veey first visit. Brought from another dealership and only having it for a few days I was not familiar with all of the cars features. Micheal took the time to show me how to work the computer in my car and explain the rewards program (which save me money on that first visit!) Because of that first experience I came back for my oil change cause I new dick scott nissan would give me great service. I would like to give a special thanks to Micheal for being so nice, helpful and informative.
