If I could give this place a complete ZERO I would! I will NEVER buy another car or have any service done at Downtown Nashville Nissan! They completely screwed me over on a recall repair that they refused to make right. They also falsified my repair records.... stating that I had requested repairs in the past, when I absolutely did not. They even had the nerve to call me to buy a new car while my car was being repaired, and "new" problems kept being found. That makes me wonder if they were damaging my car just to get me to buy a new one, because of large repair bills.

In the past, they claimed to have fixed a problem that I asked them to repair. They called to say the repair had been completed, when I came back to get my car, NOTHING had been touched.

The service department employees are extremely rude and not very knowledgeable.... this is definitely evident from reading the other reviews on this site. They make up answers just to get you to go away, but the answers are ALWAYS in their favor. I know that's part of a car dealership, but this place definitely goes a step further to make the experience even worse.

Do yourself and a favor and skip this dealership. They don't back up their service repairs; you will be spammed with their constant e-mails, even after you request to be removed from their list over and over; and get sketchy service when you bring your car in for repairs. There are plenty of other nissan dealerships in Nashville, so save yourself the trouble and go to those!

This place is a joke. They have the highest documentation fee in that area for Nissan. Also if you get suckered into buying a vehicle here you will have to wait super long before going into the business office and once your in there it can

Jim Ransom did a wonderful job taking care of my concerns. He didn't have to sell me on the 2011 Murano, due to the fact I traded my 2009 and loved it! What Jim was able to do was convince me the "Service Department" was going to be as "customer friendly & helpful" as he was. Because I enjoyed my 2009 so much, even though I feel I had excessive problems with it, I received very poor customer service from the service center at another Nissan dealership. I decided to give Nissan another chance to prove their name and standards of service. Jim went so far as making it personal for me & introduced me to the Service Manager, explaining some of my concerns. Everyone was very helpful & pleasant. I thank each of you, and mostly to Jim Ransom for making my purchase experience an easy and comfortable one. Thanks again, God Bless You All, Susan Rives

So Jumpin Joe Johnson moves here from Louisiana and he brings Louisiana style of doing business. I know becuase I use to work in Lousiana and the people there will smile to your face and stick it in good once they have your trust. Joe Johnson is no different. I heard someone say that if you shake hands with him check to see if the rings are still on your fingers. I stronlgy suggest that you avoid this dealership. There are better deals to be had and better people to deal with in Nashville.

Went to Downtown Nissan in Nashville for the first time and was greeted at the door by Erica Sheriff. My only expectation was to test drive a used truck that I had seen advertised. Erica was very friendly and got right to it. There was no pressure, no talk about "what do you want your payment to be" etc. Just honest straightforward business. They offered to add a couple options that I wanted, really negotiated on price and I ended up buying the truck that evening. Erica made sure every detail was taken care of. This was the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. Go see Erica Sheriff at Downtown Nashville Nissan. She is very professional.

Downtown Nashville Nissan is the best! Wonderful experience at the dealership. Went in,test drove a Rogue and drove home with a New 2010 Nissan Rogue. Great car!! Only had my new Rogue for three months but the car is definiately Me !! Everyone at the dealership were most helpful. Very much enjoyed the experience.

Where should I start. I totalled my car on a Saturday and knew they had a new vehicle coming out. The Salesman didn't know anything about it. What they could tell me was the one I wanted was to be delivered to FL in one month. I said I need one now and Find versa and I need it in 24hrs. After Convincing them to dealer search. They found one, and when I said go get it. From then til the time I drove off it was 28 hrs which was after the dealership closed and I could have drove there and back as it was only two hrs away. I had to put the first tank of gas as the delivery person left me with 1/8 of a tank. They said it would only take 10 mins in the finance office tomorrow. Well I waited 30 minutes to only to spend another 30 in the finance office. Needly to say I spent my entire luch break trying to get the financing done.
