THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED IN EVER !!!! They use a bait and hook process to get you in here, make it seem that they are so upscale, a clean, decent and quiet place to love, after a few months you will start to notice that that is not the case at all. My apartment has flooded 3 times in the last year, and I mean FLOODED, water pouring in from the ceiling in almost all of the rooms. Tenants in the Apartment above are rowdy, very loud and love to party all hours of the night during the week, 3am, 4am !! You have drug deals going on, cars broken into-several in one night, people smoking weed out on their balconies and in the hallways, I can't even leave my apt or sit out on the balcony because the smell of weed smacks me in the face almost everyday !!! You call the office to discuss these issues and no one returns your calls ! It boggles my mind that a property management company does hold true to their portrayal of this place. It is an absolute DUMP and for the money we pay in rent it's completely and utterly absurd !! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME TRYING TO GET AN APARTMENT THERE.

Tennis Towers is a GREAT place to live. The management and staff are wonderful. I highly recommend if you are looking for an affordable apartment in WPB.

I have lived in Tennis Towers for the past two years. That is two years too long. I am very unhappy and am overjoyed that I am moving in six weeks. I feel unsafe whenever I go outside. The caliber of renters is not the greatest. I see at least one sketchy character just about every day. I am not surprised if I come home and find that the police are at the complex. \r\nThe office is no help with anything. Our elevator was broken for about two months, and the best response I got from the office was a letter saying, ""It will be fixed this week. We promise."" Of course it wasn't fixed that week. The management's compensation to renters: ""When you renew, we'll give you one month free."" Why would I want to renew when I live in a complex with a broken elevator?\r\nSpeaking of broken, the gate breaks just about every day. It's a complete joke. The gate does not provide any sort of ""protection.""\r\nI will often come home to trash in the entry way...Wonderful way to greet guests. And, I have gotten into the elevator only to realize that one of the wonderful tenets had thrown up all over the elevator.\r\nAlthough the maintenance man comes quickly when there is something wrong, it is often not fixed permanently. For example, one afternoon I came home to a flooded kitchen. My dishwasher had a leak. The repair man came, but said there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher. If there was nothing wrong with it, then why was there a lake in my kitchen?\r\nI would not recommend Tennis Towers.

I signed my lease in May when they rushed me into it because they told me the ""specials"" for the year wouldn't be available the next week. It is December, and they still have those ""specials"". I suspect they need the low rent prices because no one would pay a lot for this dump. The only positive thing I can say is that the apartments are large. Other than that, the entrance gate is ALWAYS broken. The guard is RARELY there. They will let ANYONE in. The equipment in the gym is broken. I called to tell them to fix it and 3 weeks later is still broken. The Elevator has been broken for 2 MONTHS! We are told it will be fixed by the end of each week, and at the end we all have a note on our door saying that it will be fixed the week after, promise. Yeah, right! I have lived in all different types of apartment complexes for years and have never come across such a horrible one like this. Since the gym has been broken, I was walking around outside one day and some young man can up to me and asked me if I had any marijauana. Are you kidding, and in the apartment complex! What a scary place it is here. The worst part, I called the office 4 times letting them know this is unfair to have 3/4 of the amenities not working and for us to pay full price. The gate, gym and elevator are all broken and we have yet to be compensated. Tennis Towers is a horrible place.

Pros: large apartments

Cons: no gym, gate or elevator like stated in lease. nothing renter can do either. this placei s the worst!

After moving back to Fl from NY, finding an apartment was becoming very depressing. We looked at 6 places and all were too much money for not enough apartment. We were taken around by a very nasty rent finder man who wasn't listening to a word we said so we decided to go out on our own. We found Tennis Towers and not only did the agent in the office stay an extra hour after the office closed to get all the paperwork done, but we were approved by the next day! The place is beautiful, repair men very responsive to our requests, and the girls in the office are so friendly, it feels like you've known them forever. The people here all seem to be middle upper class, and everyone is very friendly. I actually love just being in my apartment, and having people over to show off my gorgeous rental. You can't get a better value for your money, as water and cable are included in your already reasonable rent. I highly reccomend this community and plan on being here for a long time. Thank you for such great service!!!

i wouldn't recommend this place to live. The maintenance guy realy doesn't ever fix stuff and it's a mess trying to even get him to believe it needs to be fixed. Also, there's an automatic gate which completely sucks. If it's raining (which it does daily during wet season), you'll get soaked letting your self in (card activated, not remote). On second thought, you won't get wet very often since the bar is habitually broken from people ramming it. The pool is supposedly heated, but in the winter, it's freezing. I guess "solar heating" is implied.

Keep looking.
