we must have had a totally different company do our roof then all these great reviews below or they are all planted - as our experience was a nightmare. We contracted for a new roof with replacement of the damaged boards - especially around the skylight. They did not replace any boards and when we asked about that the contractor said "I walked all over the roof - everything is great". Lied. We refused to sign completion - they then said they would replace - then changed to we will spray with mold killer. Again we refused that - hello contract says replace. We called office and one of the owners said we had agreed to do that instead of replace - now why would we do that? Came out and said "yes you do have issues" they then replaced boards. Then forgot to secure skylights - 1 inch gap inbetween drywall showing stud. Argued for three days to get it fixed - owner said sat on roof and watched the repair - was perfect. Really - sticking up shingles - inch gap - that is a perfect new roof installation. RUN DO NOT WALK away from this business. LIES NOT WORTH THE AGGREVATION, If you choose them hope you can get on roof and in attic to be sure then did correctly.

My wife and I had our roof done by Ecobest Home Improvements not only did we get a great warranty, They were very clean and did a great job on top of being very professional. Not only would i recommend them to friends and family, they will also be doing more projects in the future for us.

Such a special group of people that work there. From my first phone call contact to the owner who personally checked out our completed project before sending an invoice. I really enjoyed our experience and feel relieved to have found a company who still values the old fashioned "customer first" attitude.
Thanks alot guys. And thank you especially to Tim who made this whole project run extremely smooth.

My wife and I have had our house painted and a fence built by these craftsmen. We initially feel that we had to get bids, but after meeting and working with these guys we felt very comfortable and after hiring them we found that you get what you pay for. They came in the highest of our three bids, marginally, but we have found our contractors and will never have to shop again. You get what you pay for, always! Thanks!!! M & S.

Our neighbors had their roofing replaced by the gentlemen at ecobest. Our other neighbors had their roofing replaced, had them build a deck from eco friendly deck boards, and new insulation. The house just behind ours looks brand new because ecobest replaced their siding and painted it, put on a new roof, put new windows in and we watched them build a fence in less then 2 days. They should rename our street ecobest avenue, because my husband and I just had a complete makeover done by this organization and it was almost half the cost of our other bids. I wish we had more money, but we'll have to wait on our new patio cover til this summer. Thank you for all the hard work and for working in the cold without missing a day or a smile.

The windstorm took half our roof, our fence, our shed and knocked a tree over onto our car. In between crying and praying for help my husband had called the guys at ecobest to come help. Tim was my knight in shining armor and showed up with tarps and a crew to stop the leaks, stand up the fence so the dog wouldnt run away and clean up our yard for us. Thank you guys for saving the day. We love our roof and we love that you paid our deductible which we did not expect.

We called EcoBest, hoping for a quote for insulation and siding. They came out to assess our house, and claimed that they would soon make an appointment again to give us our quote... well, someone called and made the appointment. On the day of the appointment, we were called, saying that he was running late. He NEVER SHOWED UP. I called later that week to find out what happened, trying to be understanding that perhaps he got into an accident or something. The lady promised to call me back when she got into the office, which she didn't. I called again, and was assured that she would call me back that day or the next... never heard from them again.
I just got a call back from the scheduler, and the lady I tried to get answers from before was a temp... we rescheduled, and we'll see how things go.
I just got a call from the assessor, who canceled our appointment permanently because of this review, and because I wasn't there for the initial appointment... even though I was told by the lady at the office that that was okay, as well as him telling my husband that that was fine, just that I needed to be there for the 2nd appointment - which I was, and he would've known that had he shown up or asked.
I got another call from the scheduler, and she gave me references, and gave me some references. She was very nice and apologized for the mis-communication. So, I guess 1/2 good for her attitude.
