Pediatric Dentistry at Lake Nona

Stay Away
The staff is rude and money hungry, the dentist provides horrible dental work, she put a crown on my sons tooth that caused a massive infection she then extracted the tooth which is what she should have done in the first place. She just wanted the extra money for two procedures. STAY AWAY my 5yr old is traumatized and in pain.

Absolutely the worst dentist ever. Took my 7 year old son, who liked going to the dentist ,now he's terrified of the spanish doctor and Dental assistant ,the da was speaking in spanish all the time and he told me she was rude,Stay away at all costs! Ps the bill $1700

My child cleaning was poorly done this doctor DA was talking bad about the practice and the doctor' Hernandez husband while doing the dental sealant very unprofessional,staff .

I have nothing but great things to say! The staff is great. The Doctors are wonderful - ours is Dr. Hernandez, but Dr. Aina also made sure to greet us.
My 6 year old was a bit old for his first dentist appointment and was understandably nervous. Dr. Hernandez made him feel so comfortable and at ease right away. She has a knack for communicating with children that is amazing. For example, my son needed two fillings, and she described it to him as he had "just a little bug in his teeth that we need to get out". That made him laugh and be unafraid of the drill. She left him beaming with pride that he stayed still "even when it hurt a little". I drive 40+ minutes to get to her office, but I wouldn't go to anyone else.

wE GOT THERE AT 10:00 AND APPT WAS AT 11AM WAS TOLD THAT WE WOULD BE NEXT AND THEN WAS TOLD TO GO HAVE LUNCH FOR HOUR WHY THEY CLOSED FOR LUNCH FROM 12-1 THEN WHEN WE GOT BACK THEY WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE HE HAD EATEN . they NEVER TOLD US HE COULD NOT EAT. THEN I WAS SO MAD THAT I TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD NOT REFER THEM TO ANYONE AND THE dentist HER SELF SAID THAT IS FINE.
NEEDLESS TO SAY WHEN WE WALKED OUT SO DID OTHER CUSTOMERS. they SEEN HOW WE WERE TREATED AND THEY DIDN'T WANT TO BE TREATED THAT WAY.

Very professional people. Very kids friendly office.
They taught my 3 y/o how to floss and now he even enjoys it.

This is a nice new office. I liked the way my kids where taken to the back with me and my husband. They let me be part of the everything and gave me different alternatives to decide what they needed. I really liked the place.

My family had a wonderful experience in this office. My kids loved the staff and doctor. I highly recommend everybody to take their kids to these dentists.
