Be careful. When you leave the apartments they will tell you that you do not need to do a walk through as long as you take care of everything on the list. I took care of everything on the list and received a bill for over $300. I was told that I never had the air ducts clean. Funny that I lived there for 5 years and asked the maintenance staff about it but was told not to worry about it. Of course they don't want me to worry about it because they're going to charge $200 when you move out. I was also told that the apartment was infested with fleas. I find this hilarious considering that I am allergic to fleas and so is my cat so if the place were "infested" we would both know about it. The staff does not care about your issues or problems with the aparmtent and the maintenance staff could care less if your air conditioner breaks over the weekend and it's 90 degrees in the apartment. Forget about parking. You will have no place to put your car. If you like peace and quiet, forget about that too. The noise from the cars and the neighbors partying will keep you awake for days. Save yourself and RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I moved here six months ago and sorely regret my decision. The units are fairly pricey, but the units ARE gorgeous and the staff seemed very friendly so I figured it'd be worth the extra hundred or so. Weeks into my lease, however, I was already having issues. My dryer was busted and it took forever to get someone to come out. The "dog gie bag" dispensers that were conveniently placed around the community were never refilled and were broke within my first month and have yet to be repaired. I've witnessed MAYBE three of these "social gatherings" they brag about during the walk-though. The parking is a total nightmare - if you're not home by six, plan on walking a good block or so to get back to your place. I even had a maintenance guy come into my home while I was at work w/o me expecting him and risked my dogs getting out. And whenever I call to notify the leasing staff of these problems, I get the same answer - it's not their problem.
As I said, the units themselves are beautiful, which is what made me willing to spend the extra money. And the leasing staff has a knack for making you feel right at home when you first come to apply. But you'll soon find out it's all a scam; I definitely would not renew my lease or ever recommend this place to anyone. Save your money.
