I?ve always had a hard time staying motivated when it comes to working out until I started working out with GO HARD Bootcamp. I had even tried different bootcamps in the past time and couldn?t staying excited. At GO HARD, the trainers are energetic, enthusiastic and want you to succeed. I love that every day is a new work out ? it?s like a surprise ? you don?t know what you are getting into. The trainers know your goals and work with you to ensure you meet them. Now, a year later of bootcamp, I actually look forward to working out with a group! Thanks GO HARD!

This is a great workout. I was completely out of shape when I started and was really worried about jumping back into exercise by going to boot camp. Andre just asks you to give him what you can while your out there. He pays attention to the group and offers good advice on the proper way to do the exercises. The smaller groups allow for greater attention to each person.

The results have been great. My pants fit again and I went from 181 lbs to 167 lbs. I used to feel tired and not be able to sleep properly. Now I have more energy and get better rest. I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to get themselves back in shape or is just looking for a great workout. My wife and I are going on our 3rd month with Andre and don't plan on stopping.

I was afraid to start bootcamp because I thought I would not be able to keep up. I thought I was going to be in way over my head. But the was the furthest thing from the truth....the workout is designed to challenge you but it allows you to go at your own pace.

After 2 months of doing bootcamp and working out with Andre, I can fit into clothes that I couldn't even think about wearing, I can run a couple of miles and have developed muscle strength.

I enjoy bootcamp because each workout is different. He makes sure that the workout is challenging. He has a professional approach to his training. And he keeps you motivated to work as hard as you can.

This is the best bootcamp in town....it is amazing!!!

I've learned so much from my instructor who not only conducts the workout but shows us how to do an exercise, educates us on strength training, endurance, and nutrition. He even has all the workout equipment you need! Love it and definitely recommend it!

Andre does a great job of mixing up the workouts. Everyday I'm challenged, exhausted and my body feels great. I was once a competitive athlete and Go Hard has been a great alternative for me.

At age 38, my main concern was my career. I never thought about high blood pressure, stress and neither did I find the time to exercise.

Knowing that high blood pressure, heart disease and cancer run through both sides of my family, I decided I need to take control of my life. A month after my father had a heart attack I joined Go Hard Boot Camp. I wanted to control as much of my life as I could. May 4, 2009 was my first workout session, after three months I saw what a difference the workout program can make in my life. In three months, I lost 15 pounds, 2 size and found I had lots of energy.

The work out sessions are great, and they are truly
fit for everyone. When I first started I was a little scared afraid I wouldn't be able to keep up with everyone else or finish a workout, since it had been at least 5+ years since I had workout. To my surprise, the trainer and the other boot campers were all so supportive. I was
never criticized or made to feel as if I was holding the group back.

They constantly cheered me on with each of my accomplishments, whether it's an increase in my cardio or loosing weight. On those days when I
feel like I can't do it, one of my fellow boot campers is right there telling me I can, and at the end my trainer is there telling me good job. It feels like a real family, we keep each other on track.

Oh yeah, did I mention I no longer have to take my blood pressure or stress medication!

This program has helped me take control of my life. This exercise program has taught me how to live a healthier happier lifestyle. I would recommend it to everyone.
