I took my car for a minor door repair at F&S and after the repair was done, realized the next day that the auto-up feature on the car stopped working. (it was working fine before i dropped off my car at F&S).

I went to the owner brent and asked him to take a look at this. His first response: "You might have broken it over night" and then he said "was it working before". I explained him how everything was working before I dropped my car off to his shop.

Then he looked at the problem and having realized that he BROKE it, simply stated "It was a sheer COINCIDENCE that it broke during the repair work and he was NOT responsible". How on earth if something that was working before gets broken during his repair is a co-incidence?? And on top, he is very arrogant with his customers (absolutely not a way to deal with customers)

I would not have minded if he was apologetic for screwing up my car and be up-front and honest with me about it, but he was adamant that it happened as a co-incidence and escaped fixing his expensive mistake.

I would not recommend this place to any one.
Also on my original door problem, he was not able to diagnose the problem correctly and I ended ordering a new 75$ part. Turned out that my old part was working absolutely fine and there was no need to order the new one. But since he ordered it from some other store, he could not take it back and I had to pay for the new one for no reason.

Not only he screwed up my working auto-up window feature but also
made me buy a 75$ part unnecessarily. All this on top of horrible customer service.

Please stay away!!

GRABBER ORANGE 07 MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE Sunnyvale Ford referred me to F & S Auto Body for insurance job after rearender. I asked Brent to match the paint on the rear bumper to the front bumper. The front bumper is color code & the rest of the car is faded. I plan to paint the rest of the car after rain to get rid of the horrible touch-up job Sunnyvale Ford did to sell it. Now have to paint the bumper again. F&SAB said they'd match the rear bumper to the body. When I picked up the car, left in the rain for two rainy weekends, the top sags, the interior was wet because the taillight assembly was out of the car in the rain, and the rear bumper is NOW A THIRD COLOR. They didn't match any paint on the car, didn't paint the rear bumper to the code, didn't call me and ask what I wanted. Surely, they would not have done this to their own cars; why do it to mine! They just laughed. I'm crying.

Take it from me, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
