I signed up for No Excuses Athletics back in January and have loved it from the start. It's tough work (I couldn't walk the first week), but totally worth it. I've lost around 15 lbs and have gained some serious muscle definition. I'm in the best shape of my life. No Excuses Athletics is more than just a workout though. It's a family. Our fitness coaches care about all of their clients and invest in us individually-both in the gym and out of it. I would highly recommend joining our group if you are looking for a great workout and a good time!

I signed up for No Excuses Fitness about 4 months ago and it has been one of the best decisions I have made regarding my overall health. The trainers keep the workouts new and challenging everyday and I don't think I have done the same one twice since I joined. They also take a personal interest in their clients and it gives you a real drive to succeed and provides a real sense of camaraderie among the individuals. It has been a great time.

Moore Than Fitness is the best! It's the only gym I've ever been able to stick with in my life. Every class is different, so it never gets repetitive, and each one is an absolute blast. Working out with Joyce is amazing because she keeps you motivated, but also keeps you entertained and laughing the whole time. If you hate working out, this is the best place because it starts to feel more like you're going to see your friends than really "working," so the time flies by. They also give you so much to help you get in shape, it's not like one of those gyms where it's just equipment and then you figure it out for yourself. There are meal plans, recipes, coaching through email or over the phone, so you never feel lost or frustrated. Joyce and James are so sweet and welcoming. I know it's a bootcamp, but they are the farthest thing from drill sergeants. I always leave in a great mood and feeling like I've had an awesome workout and I always look forward to my next class.

I tried Moore Than Fitness and I lost 27lbs in 4 months. I struggled in the past to lose weight but this time was different. I think it was because of the support that I received from my trainers and my fellow bootcampers. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants real results.
