Very reliable, accomodating, happy to advise when asked, clean, reasonably priced.
Excellent--of the 3 plumbers I phoned & asked to come for an estimate, one refused (we don't do that), and one glanced at each thing in turn and automatically said it needed to be replaced altogether. Jim Chapman answered my questions & even did a bit of diagnosis of my problems before I even hired him. Reasonably priced and easy to work with. Good job.
