They were fined $1000 in 2013 because "WORK DOES NOT CONFORM TO APPROVED CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS." There were three complaints filed against them in Oct and Nov 2012, not including mine which I should have filed. They were demolishing much of a 1940s house and you couldn't walk down the street without inhaling a cloud of dust. I fear for people living and working nearby. They and I probably inhaled asbestos. A stop work order was issued and the roofless, half demolished house was sold for $10 in March 2013.
This company disappointed all my expectation. Not only was the work they did were poor quality but the presence of the General Contractor was almost never on the job site. They fail to completed the work on scheduled, and at a point they gave out fake working permits that are forge. When gave the job to Triple 8 Construction, you are looking at a minim of 6 months delay and everyday you will feel the stress pray for the job gets done.
This company exceded my highest expectation. Not only was the work they did top quality but there presence on the job site engendered a positive vibration that could be felt by anyone who had the pleasure to be around them. They completed the work ahead of schedual at a cost bellow the the competition. When Triple 8 Construction shows up the stress goes away and the job gets done.
