20 years of True Customer Service The Best Dealer Ever!??
I have been a Ken Grody Ford Customer for 20 years and i have to say the are by far the best dealer i have ever done business With . I have purchased 12 New And Used Vehicles from Ken Grody Ford in 21 Years for me my wife and my children every time its a unbeatable Deal and Great Customer Service with the Same Staff, My wife has recently purchased a Mercedes Benz, the sales process and delivery experience there was quite depressing when i compared it to the masters at Ken Grody Ford even my wife and kids commented on how Ken Grody Fords service is so much more polished, at Ken Grody Ford all the salesman have been there for many years and all the management has been there since 91 when i bought my first car a 1991 Taurus Sho, as far as i can tell with all the salesman and managers all being there 20 years plus it tells me that these guys are in it for the long hall, also every time I service my car Mr Ken Grody himself always shakes my hand and says hello, things like that mean a lot to me, my hats off to all the management and staff and Mr Ken Grody himself , no wonder they are one of the few local ford dealerships still doing very well, Great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My dad tried to buy cars from this dealership TWICE and
both times he had to walk out pissed off because they were totally being sleazy. Sales staff were not competent about the cars they are selling and they lie. DO NOT BUY CARS HERE!!!

I bought a used car here a few years ago. I was told the car performace was great and given a long explaination by the seller of what warrenties covered and how happy I'd be if I purchased a car thru them. So I did. They messed up my paperwork right off of the bat and tried to charge me for a car alarm that I was told would be free with purchase. My trade in value of my old car was immediately lowered once I was ready to purchase the car. I had to fight them on that so I didn't lose four hundred dollars from what they said it was worth and what they said they'd give me within hours of each other. The car I bought had problem after problem. The starter went out. The brakes were bad. It started slipping a gear. Every time I took it there to be fixed it was a headache to get them to follow their own warrenty. Sometimes they tried to charge me for stuff that was covered and I had to fight it. I was glad when I paid the car off and no longer had to deal with them. Make sure you get every little thing in writing. If I hadn't they would have charged me hundreds of dollars for things they promised were included in the price I paid for the car.

PROS: Lots of cars on lot
CONS: Don't trust them. Everything in writing!
