What a disappointment. Horrific customer service, from the waiters to the managers. 2-hour wait for a lane. The reservation "department" closes at 4pm, and you can't reserve a lane the same day? The manager we dealt with - LEE - WAS

Total DISAPPOINTMENT!!! We booked a private room for our kids birthday party and asked for a few things to be in place when we came the day of (like the arrangement of tables, certain food, etc.). EVERYTHING was completely ignored, and the service was HORRIBLE. We had to beg for them to come and help us. We couldn't even get water or even napkins for our guests. HIGH PRICE, NO SERVICE! Will never recommend!

We went with a group needing 2 lanes, and were told the wait would be an hour. While waiting, we had to hunt down a waiter to get a menu to order drinks. After an hour, there were 4 open lanes and we still had not been paged. We had to go ask for a lane again and the staff said ""oh yeah, I guess we can put you there."" Once on the lane, no one came around to take drink orders, so we had to go to the bar. Each game was over $7 and shoes were $4.50, and after all the waiting, we were done after one game. The checkout process (which should have been done by the waiter we never saw), took a long time at the counter. We won't be going back and can't wait until Lucky Strike opens in Dallas!!

We had high hope for this place but we were let down. it is over priced and a place that we would go back to. the arcade is TO small and half the games didnt work. 300 was a waste of time and money.

My husband and I had been wanting to try out 300 since they opened. Saturday night we finally made that happen. It is a nice atmosphere. I do have to say the food that we tried was pretty good. We had the BBQ sliders and the trio of fries. I loved the sweet potato ones and he loved the regular ones. They had a nice seasoning on them. There are tables right next to the lanes so your food can be delivered right to you at the lanes which was nice. We only had to wait about 5 minutes for a lane. They had told us an hour to two on the wait when we arrived. They had football games playing on the big screen alternating with music videos. I would really like to see them have more of a variety of music videos. It was a bit too urban for our taste. If they could play some 80s, 90s and music from today that would make it a bit better. I did think it was expensive. We bowled 3 games and for the games and the shoe rentals it was $51 and then add in the food and drinks and our night ended up costing us around $100. It was fun and we'll probably go back again but at that cost it will be a treat every once and a while. The staff was certainly attentive.

I came on a date one night, after getting bored with the usual bar scene, and fighting the kiddies for lanes at Main Event. Can I just say ""WOW!"" - what a great time! I think I was a little shocked at the end of the night with my ticket, but it was well worth the money spent. Comparatively I would have spent more at any other restaurant in the Addison/N Dallas Tollway area, but you get the added entertainment along with it. Food averages abour $8 a plate, each game was $7 and shoes were $4.50 on the Friday we went. \r
\r
The staff is super friendly, and the manager on duty even came by to check on us. There were clear, huge screens showing whatever big game was on that night. Very clean facility overall. I am curious to find out what's in the Club 300 area to the right, my server told me it's a good place to have private parties and get togethers.\r
\r
We will definitely return for another night out, maybe next time with friends; I saw they do have party planners for groups of 10 or more so we may even look into having a birthday party there soon.

Pros: Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff

Cons: We did have to wait for a bit for a lane, as they were a lot of people in the building.

Oh man, I had high hopes for this place. I planned to go there last Saturday night with some friends, and it was awful because it was so incredibly expensive.\r
\r
I called ahead and was told shoe rental was $4.50 and each game was $7.00 per person after 5pm, so I said to myself ""that's pretty expensive, but this place looks like a blast on the website.""\r
\r
When we get there, it's not quite a blast. They say it's like a club on their website during Xtreme Bowling, but it's really not. It's more like Dave & Busters in the billiards area, and just slightly dark and black-lit in the bowling area. Commonly overplayed alternative rock music fills the establishment. The only thing I can't complain about is the fact that they didn't allow smoking. Which is a GREAT thing.\r
\r
The worst part is, I was only told a ""half truth"" on the phone. The FIRST game of bowling is $11.50 per person, and each one following that is a still outrageous $7.00 per person. Now I don't know about you, but when you're in your 20's and with a bunch of college friends, it's no fun when you're paying almost as much as you make at your job just to bowl for an hour. (So we didn't bowl).\r
\r
What we ended up doing was signing up to be on the wait list for playing pool, and we messed around in the overly expensive arcade there while waiting. \r
\r
Common arcade games; smaller selection than Dave & Busters, but same games with the prices raised. As usual (it seems) no fighting games like Street Fighter... nothing competitive at all... The prices were really high, for example, to play the Ferrari F355 Challenge racing game, it was $1 per play, which is insane for a game that came out in about 1996 as far as I know.\r
\r
Anyway, after about 45 minutes, we finally got a pool table. Pool was $12 an hour, and well... it's pool, so whatever.

300 in Adisson offers a variety of options, all great for corporate outings, such as teambuilders or company wide mixers. My company recently had event at this location and they met our needs to the fullest extent. We were able to reserve 5 private lanes separated from the other lanes inside another part of the building for our own use. Catered dinner was provided along with our own bar managed by our own bartender. The atmosphere was perfect for our celebratory occasion. We were not limited to only bowling as others were free to try out the miniature golf course inside the building (with black light and a creative theme for the design of each hole). I highly recommend 300 for a night out with friends and bowling, games, and drinks and/or food as well as larger group activites for companies and community groups.
