Please do not go here!! I read reviews and had my reservations because of warnings. I usually use another dentist office that is amazing but hours don't fit my schedule. Monarch is open late so I scheduled a cleaning. Never in my life have

I went to Monarch Dental for a cleaning and it cost me over $700 and I sat in the chair for less than 30 minutes for a deep cleaning. I had regular cleaning at other places that took an hour. They upcharge you on everything. They give you an estimated bill and tell you that you are responsible for everything that the insurance company will not pay. Before you have anything done, call your insurance company. They upsold me on several treatments that Aetna would not cover. Some of the things they will not cover are like gum treatments that are done at the time of a cleaning. I landed up paying out of pocket 50% of the total cost of the cleaning as many of the things they recommended were not covered.

Hygenist is a nice woman... but did the poorest job I had in regards to a cleaning. If you have lots of time to waste and money and want poor customer service and dealing with a bunch of new people in the business that are using you to gain experience ?? this is the place to go. I reached out to the office manager a few times to disbute what I paid as I didn??t not get the services I was told I did. Never seen a deep cleaning and root scaling take less than 30 minutes and cost $700+.

Staff is clueless on billing and they oversell you. Then they show you what they would have charged you if you had no insurance and they tell you that they have special rates for your insurance provider. I went there the last week of December 2011 and wanted to use my $2000 max on my dental as I know I need other work for 2012. They told me that they could order a crown and I would be all set by New Years. That was all lies to get me in there and I am glad I checked with my insurance company as I would have went into my 2012 allotment as there was no way they could have done what they committed.

Seriously? call your insurance company and see what they cover before you have anything done. Although everyone says that real dentists are more expensive ?? they probably are a little, but you can negotiate with them and they are flexible on payment terms. This place, you pay the bill as you leave and there is no room to negotiate. I did fight with them for about 30 days and I was able to get a refund for what I paid out of pocket for the services I never received. I would never go back to this Mansfield location again nor any other Monarch Dental Location.

The entire staff was kind and courteous. However, my dentist was absolutely outstanding with what seemed to be an immediate understanding of the issues of what I was facing in dental treatment. She was also extremely sensitive to my embarrassment and need to improve my appearance. I am extremely grateful to her and the staff.\n

just to let you know this place is bad news. expect to pay more money than you originaly told you would pay. you have to take a lunch if you want to wait all day to be seen or have something done. i don't think anyone knows what is going on. i would give it a -star
