Their stock of frames is extensive, and they'll help you pick out what works best for your face and your prescription. One big plus is that the West Hollywood Optometric Center is in a building with adequate, free parking, which is not common in West Hollywood.

Mark Chung is a first-rate optometrist. I started seeing him in 1989 at the recommendation of another patient, and I'm so pleased that I did. I wear both glasses and contacts, and he's very knowledgeable about both. He's a warm, friendly person, a pleasure to work with, and a true professional. His staff, especially office manager Diane Ouillette, make office visits gratifying and enjoyable. I hired these movers by chance and it was a wonderful experience. Very professional and efficient. They definitely have my loyalty and I will use them whenever I need any movers in the future!

I go here for contacts but not for frames. Their selection is fairly boring and relatively small so if you want some hip frames I'd check out some of the other shops in the area. The eye exam technology is impressive as I've worn corrective for lenses for years. The exams are thorough and I feel confident in Dr. Chung's expertise. \r

The problem is getting in to see him. Limited hours and a flaky schedule have kept me in the waiting room and worse missing appointments in the middle of the business day. A friend of mine complained about a similar problem and stopped going to him. It's odd since it's fairly a professional organization otherwise. If you're like me it's tough to leave in the middle of the working day so wasting time is unacceptable. I'd recommend staying away unless you have a flexible schedule that accommodate the clinics scheduling issues.

Pros: Thorough exams and professional manner

Cons: Late, late, late and will not call you to update
