Pretty good. I desired leather in my vehicle. I was charged $2000.00. I have not heard anything from anyone about when I need to take the car in to have the leather that I was charged for, installed in my purchased vehicle. Update me as soon as possible? Good.

Eddie was the absolutely the best when it came to my wife's first call about the trouble I was having and was on hand and right there and ready as soon as I pulled in,he explained the process and what I would expect,was able to put me in a loner car to use until necessary repairs were made,he also called me as needed to let me know all updates on my vehicles progress,the best part was he was available each time I reached out to him by phone or text,was quick to respond and extreamly knowledgable when answering my questions,could not be happier or more satisfied with Eddie and your service shop,would like to mention that I first tried to deal with "NOTO-NATION"because they are just across the tollway from where im currently working and felt unappreciated and was treated as if I were more a problem to the than a customer,I purchased this vehicle from Sykora Ford in West,(about 15 miles from where I live and they did recommend you and I also will recommend your dealership and will direct them to Mr.Eddie Sauceda for any and all service and will be back to you when I'm ready for my next purchase,I look forward to dealing with you and the kind of people you employ,please take care of my service man and remember him when Christmas bonus comes up,this guy is a perfect fit in your organization and I'm sure he treats everyone as well as I feel he I was treated,can't say enough and can't thank all of you enough for taking care of me as quick as you did,hoping you all have a great holiday season and a MERRY CHRISTMAS,Tony Pritchard

I found your dealership while online shopping for a new SUV. I was contacted immediately after requesting an online quote. Kenneth was extremely professional and courteous from the beginning. I wanted a vehicle you didn't have in your inventory, but Kenneth went to work to find me exactly what I wanted in 3 different colors. I settled on one and the negotiation process was smooth and easy and I felt like I got a great deal. He did a fantastic job with me as I'm not the easiest to please when it comes to vehicle purchases. My husband bought a car in September 2015 from your dealership in Carrollton and was less than pleased so I refused to go to that location again even though it was by my house. Glad I decided to try another branch and worked with Kenneth.

Overall the experience was good not excellent but good I felt as if once I made the purchase of the $45,000.00 F150 I was forgotten about the after market parts person was not very helpful did not communicate or return phone calls when promised. I have purchased many after market parts since purchasing the vehicle and think much improvements in this area can be had.

Our sales person was very knowledgeable about the Ford Edge and professional: gave us the time we needed, answered our questions, and was not pushy. The only negative in our experience was waiting an hour just to see the finance person to pay by check. It was a weeknight, and was not busy... I don't think you were staffed properly or perhaps the communication broke down that we were waiting.
