I was very fortunate (in this troubled market) to sell my house at my price in a short period of time. (14 days after broker agreement)
I believe there were two reasons why the deal went quick and smoothly.

One the house is big showed well with great canyon exposure.(not many like it Park Village)

But secondly and most importantly , I had an agent working for me that understood the value of the property and found a buyer that was the right fit. Prior to signing up with a real estate agent, I found the process to be interesting and met with lots of agents all of which informed me that my house was not acceptable to the current house buyers demands. They all said changes must be made if you intend to sell... Lower the price...put in granite...put in new carpet...staging... Some agents suggested I spend as much as $50K in improvements to make the house desirable and others expected a long drawn out process taking over 6 months to sell and even others wouldn't compromise their standard commission and would rather have it all or nothing.

Well when I advertised for an agent that worked outside the box, and Alvin Newton of Keller Williams showed up at my property and the first words out of his mouth were "Don't change a thing" this is a paradise, I knew he was the right Realtor for me. He works on a rather simple principle, accessing a the property's potential and finding a suitable buyer, many of today's Realtors seem to have forgotten this approach and haven't adjusted to the demands of a more competitive real estate environment.

So I just want to go on record to say , Alvin Newton is the Realtor of the future, he understands the dynamics of the industry as well as the needs of his clients. I never write letters of recommendation, but since he worked a miracle for me, I feel I owe it to him and his highly skilled team of Newton3.. They got the deal done in a professional and highly personable manner and would I highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying property.

This was my first time going through the short sale process. it was very long and sometimes repetitive, but working with alvin newton made this hard process so much easier. he was so patient and knew what he was doing. i truly enjoyed working with him and look forward to working with him in the near future if we decide to buy a home again. i will tell all my friends and family about him who are looking to buy or have any homeowner questions. thanks again alvin. take care..your friend lakisa egypt

Alvin Newton did exactly what I asked for. I told him what I wanted to sell my house for no if and buts about it! He responed with "no problem let me show you how this will work."
He listed my house for the asking price I had in mind, two weeks went buy and no offers? Alvin then showed me why we need to lower the price if I wanted to sell it in the time frame I needed it to sell. We lowered the price and within 3 days we had an offer and closed 45 days later! I still got what I wanted in the end, My house sold and a Net I could live with.

I found these guys on Craigslist. I was searching for homes in La Jolla and found this ad. I clicked on the ad that took me to ViewSD.com owned by Newton3 Real Estate Services. Very impressive web exposure. I listed my home with Newton3 Real Estate Services in Del Mar last week, and I have Maggie one of the team members from Newton3 looking for a new home for my family in La Jolla. These guys are on the ball!

This was a simple and painless selling experience. We called Newton3 Real Estate Services to help us sell our home, when we found out we were facing a foreclosure. We asked for there advice, and they recommended a short sell. It was the best decision we could have made. After listing our house for sale, the transaction was closed with-in 90 days! We would like to thank Alvin Newton for helping us through this process.

I had two condos downtown that I ran into financial trouble with recently. One I live in and one is an income property. I got advice and help with Newton3 real estate services and it was the best decision I could have made. They helped me short sale my primary residence and I was able to move into my income property and now call it home! The team at Newton3 real estate services is on top of their game. Me and my wife needed to sell our home and buy a new one. This process can be very stressful.
