I joined this site just to respond to the ridiculous review that someone wrote about this class. I was searching for the class because I am rejoining after an 8 month hiatus due to personal work situation that stopped me from going. This person wrote a review of a class she went to ONE time. And, she said it wasn't good at toning her body? Yet her Pilates and Yoga -- yes, those work in ONE time?? She asked for her money back -- and she said Claudette was rude? There's on validity in this comment. Claudette is a long-standing member of this community and is friend with virtually everyone who has come to her class. She donates to the local school auctions, she's involved in the community and she is a genuinely wonderful and generous woman.

So, I thought this class deserved a counter-review because no one -- particularly "jackie" who went to this class ONE time -- should have any right to try to influence and impact a reputation of an amazing and dedicated sports instructor.

- I went for 2 years and then other commitments made me stop for a while.
- I went for 2-5 times a week and it was the BEST shape i have been in since i was in my 20's (I'm in my 40's)
- I have at least 10 friends ranging in age from 30-55 who also have attended her class on a regular basis in the past 3 years and have the same results.

Here's why you should consider/based on a real experience:

- This class is naturally "tiered" depending on your own abilities. That means that a woman in her 20's can be in the same class as a woman in her 60's and by tailoring the exercise they are doing to the abilities, they both get something out of it.
- The instructor has a GREAT attitude -- she is encouraging and inspiring and makes you want to go to class -- which is the hardest part for all of us -- going to class.
- She works out your entire body -- you will definitely see results in arms, abdomen, legs, heart rate, etc. You will look and feel different in a short period of time --
- The instructor listens to her clientele. She asks regularly if the location works, if the times work, etc. She wants to make ti work for you. She cares about people.
- She is amazingly affordable. It is 45 for a MONTH and you can go up to 7 times in a week -- that's unmatched anywhere.

Just try the class one time and you will want to go back.
