I bought a used vehicle from Hohlman. I was told the vehicle went through their 130 some pint inspection and everything was fine , the vehicle had 40 to 50 percent tread life and the rear rotors were turned with new pads installed. I was also told they would guarantee it would pass inspection in PA...I mentioned on the test drive when I stepped on the brakes their was a lot of vibration but was assured by the salesman the vehicle had passed their 100 and some point inspection and passed it off as the road. Took it to the inspection station, they confirmed new pads on the rear but all 4 rotors needed turned and I had them throw new pads on the front. The rear ones were not turned as I was told. Now the brakes are fixed properly and do not vibrate when stepping on them. I had driven the vehicle less than a thousand miles and I left home for a vacation and noticed at highway speeds the truck was developing a vibration again and I thought a tire was out of balance so I stopped at discount tire in Nashville and asked them to check the balance on the tires and they advised me the tread was separating from the casing due to age and this was a dangerous situation and I had to buy 4 new tires. I told the dealership and my salesman about all this and only wanted to be reimbursed the cost of turning two rotors and the 40% tire life I never got and they would not. I was not asking for any warranty but simply asking for reimbursement of the two turned rotors and the 40% tire life I was told I was getting when I bought the vehicle and unfortunately they would not step up and do the right thing and reimburse me for the turned rotors and the remaining life of the tires I was told I was getting... Make sure if you buy used you get the current condition of the vehicle in writing and a hard copy of their 100 and some odd point "Safety Inspection" I thought since I was dealing with a cadillac dealer I could trust their word but unfortunately that is not the case. If they could not see these two major safety issues then their inspection isn't much of an inspection at all.. Make sure you get hard copies of everything they claim to have done on the vehicle. They are not folks who live up to their end of the bargain...

I had an agreement with your company through a former salesman named Tim Rivas. I'd decided to return my 2008 STS at lease end and purchase a 2011 STS, instead. But, then the idea of Corvettes came to mind and I began exploring possibilities. You had a Corvette convertible I was interested in, but timing wasn't quite right since I had another month left on my lease. Still, no problem, the ad sheets were full of Corvettes sitting around for months waiting for a deal. Rivas offered to pay half my monthly lease fee, so I figured it wouldn't be so bad to eat the other half. So I took the deal, only to find out that he reneged, meaning Holman reneged! I did not renege and I still fully expect Holman to live up to their bargain. Unfortunately, while rushing through the paperwork as the dealership was closing that Friday night, I neglected to make certain the contract so specified Holman's commitment to pay half ($425.00) the lease payment. Since the lease company for the STS and finance company for the Corvette are the same (Ally), I assumed everything was okay until Ally began calling me for additional payments, including $150.00 for a key fob that I personally handed to Tim's boss (Gary West). Ally holds me responsible even though my ability to control this transaction ended with my handoff to you. I have spoken to your finance manager (Michael Wolfinger) who could not resolve this issue. Repeated calls to Gary West have never once been returned (last time was today). I will never phone him again. I guess I got a bit too complacent, lulled by the outstanding quality of the last two Cadillac dealerships I purchased cars from who went overboard to fulfill every agreement. I guess with your company it's back to the: "Let the buyer beware" philosophy of sales. I will never contact you again, however, I will post this comment on every message board and rating site I can find. If it prevents one customer from being so duped, I will feel justified. I hope it's lots!!!

To GM & Cadillac I'm a senior who has been enjoying the comfort and safety of a Cadillac for years. I have dealt with a half dozen Cadillac dealers...I found a new kind of dealership, from the sale to the service, you are made to feel , not like a customer , but like family. My salesperson Mr. Affonnato gave me a tour of the dealership. The Service Manager, Mr. Bassler will do what ever it takes to keep his customers satisfied. I cant express how impressed I was with all the attention I received. Thank you .

My Salesperson, John Baban was excellent. I went into the dealership not sure of purchasing a Cadillac and leaning toward the purchase of a BMW. I left very satisfied Cadillac owner with a great deal and a great car. Thank you Cadillac and thank you John Baban!

I am a new service customer to your agency. I was scheduled for service late in the morning on Tuesday ... Unfortunately, I got up sick and had a doctor's appointment at the time of my service. I took a chance and got to your agency at 7:45 am. Rich introduced himself and accommodated me ! He and your staff were very professional !

Our sales person, John Baban was terrific. He was friendly, knowledgeable and treated us great. This is the second car we leased from him. I would highly recommend him to my friends/family for sales.
