Dealt with "Bill" and "Royce" who low balled our trade in and then quoted the sticker price for the car we were interested in like it was some great deal. After trying to hard sell my spouse with me not around when all she wanted was for our trade in to be appraised, we decided to look elsewhere. The deal they offered us turned out to be 2K more than the exact same car on their own website! What a joke! We wound up buying our car at Hayes in Lawrenceville and took home a car with a sticker price $5000 higher for $2000 less in actual money!

I recently brought my 2003 Chrysler Town and Country Van into Ed Voyles Chrysler for some service. I was promptly greeted by my service advisor who immediately got my van serviced and I was on my way within 30 minutes of arriving for my oil change. Fantastic Service! Highly Recommend!

I have bought 2 cars at this dealership in the past 4 years. 1st was a Ford 150, which they tried to charge me almost $3,000.00 more than the internet price. I drove of the lot after the purchase and 24 days later, the transmission failed! I called to see about the vehicle and the Manager told me that it was to bad and that the car was sold AS IS for a reason. 2 months later the engine failed and had to be replace, the another month went by and the Radiator needed to be replace. Already just 5 months after having the car, I had put almost $4,000.00 into the truck. That was in 2008. Last year, August 25, 2010, I bought a PT Cruiser, they once again tried to sell me the car at a higher price than was marked, but I was able to "convince" them that was wrong. They made it sound like they were making me a deal but really the car was a HUGE mistake. The power steering hose and belt went out in 15 days, they refused to repair the vehicle for free until the GM got involved, then the battery went out, then the radiator, the 2 engine mounts, then the power steering pump! After all this I went to complain and again was brushed of to a sales man because ALL the managers were unavailable, the salesman showed no remorse. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

I purchased a 2010 Jeep Wrangler from Bill Scott. I am loving my car. I enjoyed the experienced. He is a great salesman. He was not pushy. He explained the features of the car well and actually did not try to sell me a car before I test drove it! I have experienced the opposite. If you are looking for a jeep, ask for Bill at Ed Voyles in Cobb County, Ga.

I did not purchase my care at Ed Voyles, but I have taken it to the service dept. there a few times to have it worked on. John Peterson has take such good care of me, bending over backwards to find the problems I was having with my car and even setting me up with a rental when they had to keep my car for a few extra days. He's a gem!!!

this is the most unprofessional, "old-school", and ridiculous dealership i've ever dealt with in my life. thought i would give them a try since they were close to the house, as i live in marietta, but never EVER again. the sales and f&i mgr are completely out of touch with relationship building and customer service. when my wife and i went in there, we were treated horribly and then were hounded by numerous phone calls and and emails. this place is TERRIBLE. go elsewhere. even if you have to travel a few miles out of your local area. IT WILL BE WORTH EVERY PENNY. what's even better??? their slogan is "be american, buy american", yet i see several "Ed Voyles" foreign car dealerships along the same road....MMM...that seems like a crock of b.s. to me. make up your own mind on that one!!

I have been lucky enough to buy a Chrysler Minivan and then this past month I traded that in for a more fuel efficient Jeep Liberty. No matter where you go you'll find the sales people hurting for sales. This location recently took on the Dodge line of cars from up the street. Now the Chrysler brand is all under one roof. These guys treated us well and I think fairly. The time took a little longer than I think it should have and that seemed a little car-sales like, but other than that I felt good about the transaction and that says a lot when it comes to buying a car these days.

I purchased a used vehicle recently from Ed Voyles in Marietta. I paid them to submit the title information to the county. They failed to do so before my temporary tag expired. When I first called, they didn't even look into my paper work - they just said "oh, it usually takes 3 weeks or so - just keep waiting." So when nothing showed up in the mail, i started calling the county commissioner's office & they looked up my vin number and said no paperwork had been submitted by the dealer. I called the dealer multiple times over a 2 week period, only to have the MANAGER tell me "the lady who does that isn't here" and that he'd call me back with answers. No one EVER called back, and every time I called the same thing happened. I couldn't get answers from them or any sort of explanation as to why they had NOT DONE WHAT I PAID FOR THEM TO DO, or why they seemed to obviously NOT CARE about helping me in any way. It is extremely frustrating. If you are looking to buy a Jeep or any other vehicle, try someplace else - you're bound to get better service than I did.

They "found" over $3,000 in extra repairs to bill to an extended warranty when I had a simple lock repair done.

I had a key fob reprogrammed and the next day my battery died. (One that they had put in 3 years earlier.)

Perhaps coincidental . . . but I don't have a high level of trust for service departments of dealerships.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with ANY type sales transaction. The salesman was pushy, but I was willing to overlook that. The car was NEVER serviced the entire time they they had it. The oil had not been changed in over 5000 miles and I had to INSIST that the oil be changed before I took posession of it. I have had to bring it back to their worthless service department 1-2X weekly since I purchased my vehicle. I approached the manager and while always nice to my face he will never return my phone calls or e-mails. I have had to drive out to Smyrna to finally track him down. He is worthless and has been very little (if any) help at all!!! Consider yourself warned. They do not take very good care of their customers or their product.

It was the last time that I put my jeep for service to this dealer. I went there to change my brakes and to have an estimate. I agreed to the quote -"costly" but still in my budget. I also specifically asked them to have the car ready before saturday for me to go to work. and they said "no problem". instead to call me at work(they had my #) they called my wife at home to change the amount of problems and the amount of cost. finally this guy named "alonzo" called and said the car is ready with few extra dollars added. when I went to pick up the car. the service shop was closed and the clerk at the reception told me that when they did a test drive the rt brake looked and they needed to fix it and it will cost me more due to the damage to the rotor and I needed new ones and also a special cable for the brakes (blablabla...). the service shop was closed and I did not have a car to go to work. when I returned on monday I talked to the service manager "scott" who was very defensive and very rude. I argued the extra charges but he did not bulged and his attitude was terrible. I ended up to pay double for my brakes. I do not recommend this place to anybody because they tell you one thing and do another. They have your car. If you want it you have to pay the bill. "Scott" the service manager has not idea about customer services and relationship with clientele-incredible the truth.
pascal.

PROS: location
CONS: rip-off service-repair

We had put over 150,000 miles on our 1996 Town & Country before we settled with our decision to buy a new car. We were sure we wanted a sedan, and we wanted something new since we planned on driving another Chrysler into the ground.

The deals these folks were willing to put on the table were too many to number. Salesmen were concise, to the point, didn't try to upsell me on any unnecessary bells and whistles (some in the past have tried to con me into paying $500 for things like floormats), and stuck to their word in their explanations of why they wanted the price they did.

In the end, we left with a 2005 Sebring sedan, and we've had no problems. The people at Ed Voyles have called to check up on us, and I'm sure that I'll be back for my next purchase (hopefully a Crossfire!).

PROS: Great staff who are friendly, amicable, and honest with good service ethics
CONS: After spending $16K on a car, a free soft drink would have been nice.
