I had the pleasure meeting with Brian to discuss my sales approach. I have been in sales for several years, but you can teach an old dog new tricks. I am very impresses with his unique style, I couldn't wait to go out and try a different approach. IT WORKED. I set four appointments that day and turned two of them into strong sales. Message from Very Personal Sales Coaching

You know how a company will hire a salesperson and then put them through a week or two weeks, sometimes longer of sales training and then releases them out on the unsuspecting sales world. Sometimes that salesperson is successful right away but usually not. Often times there learning curve is longer than necessary. The salesperson may end up frustrated, disillusioned, lonely, and mostly broke.



Or.



A contractor, who is really good at his or her service, decides to be in business for themselves but they only have a vague idea of how to sell it. So usually they try to throw money at the problem with advertising and often times they just have to provide service cheaper and cheaper just to get work, not to mention profitable work. They work extremely hard for very little profit.



Or.



A small business owner who is already wearing so many hats they cannot effectively train and coach there sales people. This person could probably do the sales and development themselves but are just too busy. Because of this they get frustrated because they know they could sell it themselves and get a better result if not for the other things they must do to run a company.



What we do is we bridge the gap. We partner with the salesperson, or the contractor, or small business owner to insure that their sales life is successful.

On the philosophy that two heads are better than one. Since 1991 we have helped companies to hire, fire, train, and motivate salespeople.
