I live in Nebraska, it was a 20 hour trip down and 20 hours back. Their service and attitude alone were worth the trip down there, not to mention the accommodations that were arranged for my friends and I. Our salesman Rob Wells went above and beyond in his hospitality and it was received with upmost appreciation.

This was my first car buying experience and Rob made me feel very comfortable and at ease about the whole process. I love the car, and I know without a doubt that I made the right choice buying with Fairway.

I just have to say Thank you. The Fairway Mazda Team was incredible and met all my needs immediately. As a matter of fact, the effort that they displayed to help me is something Im not use to in car dealership. Osha worked me such a deal that I had to take it and now I am really happy. MAZDA 6 2014. What a beauty.
They talked to me about my trade in and went the extra step by taking pictures of my truck that was loaded and trade it not just as a Truck but as a Loaded Truck. The result, a much higher price for it. As far the contract goes there was no pressure from the beginning, no crazy changes in the middle of the deal and the price was always the same. You know what I am talking about: because of your credit now we have to bla, bla, bla All I have to say is No sudden changes, no crazy increases on the interest rate, no excuses to try to make me put more money down, it was just a delight. Osha, you really are a Deal Maker. I could go on and on about the good things but let me sum up everything with Great Customer Service Great Price Great Dealership.

We used Fairway Mazda's Service for our daughter s RX8. Being a student 11 hours from home, we were unprepared when her vehicle broke down. We have always used privately owned service repair shops in the past, so we had it towed to one such place at the recommendation of an acquaintance. They misdiagnosed the problem, and referred us to the dealer thinking it fell under the warranty so we reluctanctly had it towed to the Mazda dealer. We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy/patience in explaining all the issues to both me over the phone and to our daughter in person. This vehicle has been in other shops over the past 3 yrs and never has anyone inspected it so thoroughly. Problems that had bothered her since she bought the vehicle used were repaired; she says it drives like a new car! We highly recommend Fairway Mazda s Service department for your car repairs!! and a special thanks to Kai !!
