Appliance Specialist charged me $149 to reset a switch which took less then 20 minutes. When I intially called and asked for there hourly rate they did not tell me, I should have know better. Will never call on again.

Would not recommend at all. Called about ice maker not working. JR showed up. Came and ordered a new ice maker($260). Install new ice maker Feb 7. New ice maker did not work. Called again. Set up appointment, no show, no call. Finally I called. Said he would be out at 8:00AM Showed up at 9:30. I asked if the supply line could have been frozen? Once he check the line it was indeed frozen. Once he removed and thawed the line he replaced the old line. Been working fine since. Called to see about getting money back on the new ice maker since I didn't need one. Was told that it would not last and that the new ice maker should have come with the new fill line and another part. Said he would reorder the parts that did not come the first time. Did not hear form anyone. Been running fine since the fill line was unfrozen. I called about the new parts on 3/14 JR said he had forgot to reorder. Said he would call me in two days. This is the 16th and he did not call. Make a long story short I am out $260 for a new ice maker that I didn't need and can't get any of my money back.
