First, they charge you 50 bucks just to drop your tv off at their store (which basically keeps you from getting fed up, and taking your tv elsewhere, after you've lost your patience).

Then, they make you wait 1 week minimum before they even tell you what is wrong with it (expect a 10 day wait from the day you take it in just for an estimate).

Then, it's just a matter of waiting for them to actually fix it. And, they don't exactly do that very well.

Try looking elsewhere. Any place else will be faster, cheaper, and offer better customer service, and a more professional experience.

I had a 46" Sharp LCD TV that was making an annoying high pitch noise so I called Sharp and they sent a technician from Gibson TV... he replaced the power supply and the inverter and told me if the noise doesn't go away to call them (Gibson tv) so they can figure out what to do next. well since that din't fix the problem I called them and the person I spoke with was very rude and he told me that the tv set was fixed and never to call them again!! ridiculous! The worst experience I ever had with any service business. Since then I filed a formal complaint with Sharp about Gibson TV and they (Sharp) are sending me a replacement TV after deciding that my tv set was defective.

Gibson TV repair was very professional with the repair of my television. I could not have been any happier or more pleased with their service. Hopefully, I will enjoy another five years and more of use with my 36" Samsung Digital HDTV.

In my experience they were all very polite and business like. They were unable to repair the receiver but did not charge me a bench fee and assisted me in getting it back to the manufacturer for a warranty repair by them. (Manufacturer would not supply Gibsons with the part). I sent it to them rather than using the local (LANSING) authorized repair center. (Who has terrible service)

Rude service people. Paid over 100 and NO repair done. Had my set in shop for over three weeks- with no notifications- when I finally called to check status estimate had TRIPLED.
