If you want to know how bad the customer service is at OConnors all you have do is stand at their desk for a couple of minutes. I went in to retrieve my mower. They drove it off the trailer when I took it in for repair Months ago. Loaded it on the trailer with a fork lift when I picked it up to take it to another repair shop. The man at the counter next to me was bringing his Farris mower back for the 3rd time. He bought it 4 years ago and he's had it in the shop at O'Connors 3 times this Summer. They can't get it fixed! The only 2 people in the store and they have both had horrible experiences.
I bought a mower from O'Connors, and it was a really good experience. I saw more mowers that I have ever seen in one place. My salesman, Rick, explained the difference and helped me choose the right one. Then he showed me how to clean the filter and change the oil and change the mulcher out. I was very impressed. I highly recommend this business!
