Robin has helped me manage my stomach problems by recommending I take pro-biotics every day. She has also helped me stay hydrated and maintain a balanced diet when I can't seem to keep any food down.
Robin has also encouraged me to re-visit physical therapy for my lower back issues. Due to this treatment, my back has not gone out on me in a few years. Previously I often had to limit my daily activities because of constant back pain.
Robin has a been a great help to me in dealing with stressful situations. She is the first to point out that stress is not healthy for the body. She reminds me that it is important to make sure I'm getting proper nutrition even when I'm having a horrible day and have no appetite.
Robin is a role model for fitness, strength, and discipline. She works hard at staying fit and she is proof that if you exercise regularly and eat right, you will see great results.

?I have never written a testimonial for anyone before. But, in this case, quite frankly, I feel the need to tell you how Robin, in effect, saved and changed my life! She helped me lose and keep off 20+ pounds over a 5+ year period. She has helped me develop better flexibility and get stronger. She?s transitioned my entire diet and workout regimen. She?s kept a careful and watchful eye on my day-to-day actions, activities and routines. She continues to provide guidance to me for taking proper supplements and making better food choices. All of this is very important to me because at my age (46), my lifestyle (married with small kids) and my medical issues (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc), I can easily say that I am in the best shape of my life today both inside and outside. I sought out Robin?s help because at the time I was given a stern warning by my doctor--medication for life was in the cards. Along with these age-appropriate ills, I had developed a bad lower back and incurred various shoulder injuries which not only limited my workouts (with poor form, I may add) but severely handicapped any type of general activity. Walking and standing became a chore! One word of caution: If you are looking for a quick fix, this is not the place to go. She does it the correct way. The changes happen over time. As a result, the changes will stick. No fad, crash course routines here. Nope. Think of it this way: It didn?t take me 6 weeks to gain the 40 pounds, why would it come off that quickly? I learned that very valuable lesson from Robin, who else.?
