Shady carpet & upholstery cleaning company out of many local addresses and different names and websites.
They advertise 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed yet I am feeling 0% satisfied with their service and it makes me question the quality of their work as well. Very poor service and extremely poor customer service as well.
They are rip offs, Liars, frauds and We would never recommend them. Do it yourself if you want the job done right. DO NOT use this company.....

unprofessional maid service They can call themselves whatever they want, but there is nothing professional about this maid service. When I started with them, I paid roughly 350 dollars for a deep clean and they ignored my son's room. (OK that room was pretty messy but still). Then I noticed that they were leaving the bag trash in the kitchen when they left. We complained and were told that they wouldn't do that but it took 2-3 more weeks before they started taking the trash out. They didn't come when scheduled. The last time they came, they showed up 3 hrs late and threw off my evening schedule by staying into dinner time. There was no apology. The grout in my shower got blacker the longer I used them. When I called to complain, they cancelled service without notifying me. I would rather do it myself than depend on these unreliable clowns.

UNPROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANERS - SCAM
When I called to make an appointment, I explained everything that was supposed to be cleaned and the lady who took my information gave me my total $ 189.99 + tax (5 rooms & a stair way), when the cleaning guys came, they estimated the work for $ 400+ and after arguing and negotiating, they agreed on $ 256, I could cancel the appointment but since we all canceled our Sunday schedules we had no choice but to go ahead, they finished cleaning (the whole rooms, stairs) in 30 minutes and I could not see any difference, it looked like somebody passed a vacuum. I do not recommend this company to any one and I will not use them even for FREE!!!!!

total RIP OFF terrible service Stay away at all costs!!! Guy came out and quoted me 100 for my whole couch and 50 for my rug. I told him I only wanted half the couch because that's where the dogs sleep. Without my authorization he cleans it all then gives me a bill for 240!!!! And claims it's because he used "pet treatment" I never saw any special chemicals at all. Then I asked him to produce a price list to justify the addditional 90 bucks....he claimed he didn't have one, wouldn't reduce the price and my couch and rug still are dirty and stink and he won't come out to redo it....total rip off! this guy clearly writes his own positive reviews because anybody whos ACTUALLY dealt with him wouldn't rate him 5 stars....is it suspicious that 4 out of his 5 reviews ALL happened on the same day? c'mon wake up and see this guy is a crook!

What can I say i tried different services before . fancy cleaning services care more about apperance ,and money than for quality of work what they do , they overcharge you so much and then live house not completelly clean.

I thoughtful all Dallas maids is the same think but not only pricess is lot less than other services ( other services give you an estimate low from the beginning but than they will charge twice more than estimate , because they have so many hidden fee and add ons , policy , what ever ,) , but this is not a case with all dallas maids , I spend the same amount of money that they quote me and also I received 10 off becuase , of Christmas promotion so I am very pleased .

My house is finally clean ! I noticed that extras were cleaned as well . What a lovely surprise. As soon as i walked into my home it smelled like fresh laundry and a refreshing scent . Also there was no extra charge for their all organic supplies - wow ! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! This was my first time ever hiring any sort of professional cleaning service for myself, and I am very impressed with the results.

During the initial walkthrough, Viera and her helper arrived promptly, 10 minutes before the scheduled cleaning time. She quickly went through my home to assess the condition, briefed me on the cleaning products, and had me fill out a one-sheet agreement. Less than 20 minutes later I was off to work, confident that my home and dog were in trustworthy hands.

When I got home I was so freakin happy. My bathroom looks shinier than it did when I first moved in. They even organized the contents of my refrigerator. If you're really particular about where things are placed on shelves and counters you'll need to point it out because they do take the liberty of rearranging your belongings. I did not find any flaws .

The service has earned major points by being very prompt with their email communication throughout the whole booking and follow-up process. During the cleaning I had a question about gratuity, and someone from the office was able to answer my email immediately.

I was really concerned that my small dog which is seriously ill might get effective after the cleaning, but All Dallas Maids used all ECO FRIENDLY cleaning supplies which really made me happy. BIG PLUS!!!

I now get Viera to come out every 2 weeks. I highly recommend her! Thank you Viera.

Viera has been cleaning my houses-first in Willow Bend, and now in The Villages at Legacy-for the past 11 years. She is a pleasure to work with, and does a great job. The best part is that she is completely trustworthy, so that she can even take care of my house when I am away for extended periods on business or vacations. She has a great sense of humor and is fun to deal with. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

This is a continuation of Lee's review above that ran out of space.

Note: We rate 2 stars, but since it's now 2 reviews instead of 1, the 2nd is raised to 3 so as to not falsely drag the overall rating down.

b) She began her actual cleaning at 9:30 and stopped approximately 12:15.
I know this because I called my wife at 12:30 (per my phone log) to ask how it was going or went, and she said she was on her way home, left about 15 minutes ago.
That's 2:45, not 4 hours.
If you count the 20 minutes waiting time and 10 minutes she spent assessing the job, from 9AM (even though she choose not to use the lock box and begin at 9), then add 30 minutes and that's a total of 3:15, still not 4 hours.
Again, we had expected 2 girls for up to 3 hours each which would have been able to do the job we expected --the job she assured me they can do.

c) Before coming, I told her the gas was off. Can you still clean?
She said no because she needed hot water to do a proper job.
Thus, we spent the $65 gas turn on fee strictly for her cleaning so there would be hot water, which there was.
It turns out that it was a cold day, so we also turned the heat on.
Unfortunately, there was a problem with the furnace where by it would turn on and off, and not stay on continuously, so it only heated the house slightly, not fully (but again, the was hot water).

The actual temperature my wife reports the house was at with the sporadic furnace was 50, eventually reaching 52.
Yes, that's cold, but I would think not so much if you are working, and again, water was fully hot.
The main point here is her exaggerations --int his case, saying 42 when it was 50 - 52, which is actually quite a difference.

To me, even exaggerations, intentional ones, are lies. Maybe not horrific ones, but still enough that I would not do business with them again because it shows lack of character and integrity (in my opinion).

Last, I asked her about the craigslist "$10 off your 1st 3 cleanings" discount, and she said she would not honor it, which further irritated me. If she did a great job, or really had 2 girls cleaning for 2-3 hours, I would not have mentioned it.

In conclusion, I would say that if you have a already cleaned, cared for house, she may be great --e.g. all you need is a little dusting, a little cleaning here and there --sure.
But if you really need a cleaning, like when a tenant moves out of a rental, this company will not work.
That's fine, if only she was up front about it instead of assuring me she could and would do it.
Being in realestate, I've learned to screen and be able to evaluate contractors, but have no experience w/maids... until now.

Incidentally, for the 2:45 hours of cleaning for the total paid of about $121 (after tax), that means I paid $44/hr for actual cleaning.
For a high end luxury house, that may be cheap.
For a rental property, that's a fortune, especially considering it had to be completed by someone else.

Finally, I'm attaching photo links of things not well cleaned AFTER all Dallas maids was done, in spite of my wife pointing things she missed out to her.

Judge their work for yourself.
Perhaps I was expecting too much....

OK, I've read the other great reviews, and I'll admit that they DO sound like legitimate reviews (e.g. not fabricated by the company/owner).
Still, my opinion is very different. You can make up your own mind.

My situation:
I own rental properties, and have to clean when a tenant moves out.
We usually do it ourself, but decided this time, to try a "professional".
I found All Dallas Maids from a craigslist ad.
I explained that the house needed a lot of cleaning because a tenant of 2 years just moved out.
She said move out" cleanings is $89.
I told her the house isn't horrible, but isn't a light job either, and some of the bigger things I needed cleaned are dirty window sills, grease in the kitchen, especially around the cook top area, filth on some of the ceiling fans from the AC, dirty tile, etc.
The one thing that needed nothing was the oven, because we are replacing it, but I definitely told her that the cook top needed great attention to grease removal.

She said she was pretty sure $89 would do it because she said what I consider a tough job may not be a tough job for her professionals, but worst case is $112 for a "heavy cleaning".

Still skeptical, I asked how many people and for how long.
She said should be 2 girls for "as long as it takes".
I asked what does that mean? --what is the maximum time they will spend before declaring they are done?
She said 2 girls up to 3 hours each.

She came out and meet my wife.
Wife pulled up (she was waiting), but no "girls" yet.
My wife asked her when they were coming, and she said they got lost and something else vague, and then said let's go in and look things over.
After walking the house for 10 minutes, she began working (no "girls" ever came).
She did just under 3 hours actual cleaning (2:45 to be exact) from 9:30AM until 12:15PM.

My wife needed to stay there to point out things she either missed or avoided.
Another words, to get the level of service we got (which you can judge yourself from the photo links), we basically had to supervise the person that was supposed to be the supervisor of the worker girls! lol

In the end, we were faced with either hiring another company to complete the job, or doing it ourself.
She did a basic cleaning, with lots of complaints, but nothing close to what was needed.
For example, take the greasy cook top.
She only cleaned the top surface, but not any of the grease that dripped inside.
In the beginning, she told my wife, after seeing it, that since the cook top did not actually open, she would try her best, but may not be able to fully clean it.
She didn't even attempt --ALL greese inside was untouched.
I can understand --who would want to clean nasty dirt? But if a maid hired specifically wouldn't, then who will?

After the job, I called her and asked about some of these items.
On the cook top, she said she couldn't clean it because it didn't open.
I said: a) much of the grease is very accessible right from the top w/out opening it. Opening it would allow 100% cleaning of it all, but at least do the worst part that was very accessible, and b) all the parts (the burners them selfs, etc.) lift right out. THat's how most gas cook tops are. She said she did not know this.
I thought to my self, how can she be a professional maid that says she has been doing this for something like 25 years and never had to clean a gas cook top before?

Another example was the ceiling fans with AC filth on them that I specifically told her needed cleaning before he hired her.

After the job, when I was there, I saw little noticeable change.
According to my wife, all she did was dust them, but would not actually wipe them clean.
She told my wife that the dirt was greasy and caked on and she could not clean it.

The fact is, this is not true.
The dirt is from an AC where the tenant failed to change the filter regularly, and the dirt is basically a LOT of dust like substance that gets wet and dense from the coil as it passes through, and gradually builds up on things like a fuzzy paste.
It is not at all difficult to clean off of hard smooth surfaces like fan blades, but you need a rag or paper towel to wipe it down, not a duster.
There is NO grease involved int he paste, just wet dirt that dried.

When I called her the next day, she was shocked that I was complaining saying the following:
a) She arrived on time at 9AM and waited 40 minutes for my wife.
b) She cleaned for 4 hours.
c) She was freezing because there was no heat and it was 42 degrees int he house.

Honestly, there is a degree of truth to all her claims, except, they are all exaggerated, which I think says a lot about someone's character.

Here's the facts:
a) I called her at 8:50AM to give her the lock box code explaining that my wife was running late.
And my wife arrived exactly at 9:20 AM, not 9:40. I am not guessing and there is no mistake in this time.

We are tremendously pleased with the service we have received from All Dallas Maids . First and foremost, their customer service has been nothing short of phenomenal. Also, Viera is extremely friendly and considerate, and we always enjoy having her in our home. She does a quality job cleaning our house, and we receive much peace of mind knowing that green cleaning methods are used. It is never a problem to reschedule appointments or to schedule additional cleanings as the need arises. We are thrilled to have found All Dallas Maids.

I've been a loyal customer for almost a year and a half (biweekly) and I haven't been more pleased with any service, ever. The maids are on time, friendly and efficient. Every time they leave a feeling of complete relaxation comes over me when I get to see my home. My wood floors are spotless, my furniture is vacuumed and dusted, my bathrooms are shining, etc.
Really impressed and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great maid service.

All Dallas Maids has been cleaning my home for over a year. She is very fast, but thorough. Appointments and work quality are consistent. She always checks to make sure I like the work before she leaves. I highly recommend the service.

I will never use another cleaning service except All Dallas Maids they are the best in Dallas, they arrive on time and the home is spot less, they also cleaned my office and my company wants to use them all the time. I wouldn't use another service. I am a batchelor and I travel so I don't have time to clean much. All Dallas Maids is great.
