West Chester Vet has taken care of our three dogs for the last 2 years. Each doctor that we have seen has been really pleasant and took lots of time with us. Recently, we had to put down one of our dogs, Duke. They were super compassionate and sweet. I would recommend this vet clinic to anyone.

I took my dog to their office on Monday and she was given medication that was not dispensed correctly. I asked the tech before I left about the medication as it was not properly dispensed - she re-assured me that it was fine and not to worry about it. I then called when I got home to advise there was not enough medication in the bottle to last 14 days and it was not dispensed correctly. After 5 days of giving medication the bottle was gone only to learn today after talking with manager- that the medication was dispensed incorrectly - at full strength and was not diluted as advised from manufacture. I asked if this would hurt my dog and was told they would treat her for free if anything happened............................ I can not believe that they would not listen to me the first time I had concerns over the medication- now my dogs health may be in jeopardy. I would not recommend this office to anyone-- no one seems to listen but had no trouble taking payment........

The staff is amazing at West Chester. I called late at night and Dr Gigis met me at the clinic and took care my dog. They kept her overnight and monitored her all night. Their facility is huge and they have 65 kennels. I also bring my dogs there during vacation. They always have room even on holiday weekends. I would not go anywhere else.

NO WAIT!!! The staff was friendly and everything was explained to me in detail. I brought my dog, Bud(weiser), in on an emergency when he was attacked by our neighbors idiot dog. The Doctor was the person that answered my call when I dialed their emergency line. Half of their staff was initially involved in saving Bud. They took the same care to ensure Bud was healing properly on each of our follow up visits. They were great!

I take my dog, Mac, to Dr. Liz because she is a wonderful vet and takes great care of him! She and her staff even stayed late one Friday night when I had to drive Mac in with a knee injury. I am so appreciative of the entire staff at the clinic--the ladies at the front desk are so helpful and are quick to return calls and find answers to any questions I had after Mac's neuter. I highly recommend West Chester Veterinary Center to anyone looking for a regular or emergency vet!

I recently adopted a Cocker Spaniel. Dr Liz was gave her a first class check up. Then their groomer Nancy gave her a proper "Cocker" haircut. Nancy - My little Dixie girl looks beautiful!! I love the attention to detail.

I highly recommend the veterinary center. Great group of folks that obviously know what they are doing.

Our cat, Sunny, has very, very long hair which knots into uncontrollable mats. At first we tried to cut them off with sissors but Sunny hated the process. West Chester Veterinary Center did a wonderful job of giving Sunny a lion cut!

I went in for because Alex, my dog, required emergency after eating his rope toy, 13 cents, and a golf ball. Of course, this happened on a Sunday afternoon. They were the closest emergency clinic to my home. I was greeted by Dr Liz and 2 of her technicians at the door. They were extremely polite and efficient. They made every effort to put my mind at rest. Dr Liz stayed overnight at the clinic with Alex. The cost were reasonable, and the service was outstanding. And yes, they discounted my bill by 13 cents.

I called Dr Liz on a Sunday night when my dog, an elderly Cocker Spaniel became critically ill. Despite being at a family event she actually came to the vet care center to help us. Dr Liz held Ginger, and spoke so sweet to her...that I was absolutely touched. This lady became a vet because she loves animals... without a doubt. If you are looking for a vet who cares - contact West Chester Veterinary Center. Thank You, Dr Liz!
