Great price and quick. We had an estimate from Home Depot (Statewide Remodeling) and it was extremely high. These men at Shower Pro did the job for half and was quick. Only took them a day.

Forever Satisfied - Thank you!

After having a tragic accident on the job, my father was released from the hospital in a wheelchair. My parents home needed a lot of modifications to accommodate my father's disabilities which the bathroom renovations were the first project. We decided that a handicapped accessible shower needed to be installed ASAP to make it easier for my father. The next afternoon, my father saw the Rebath commercial on tv and told me to call them. Shortly afterwards, I contacted them. I explained the situation to him and he immediately set up for a consultant to meet us that same day. Heath Belcher arrived on time and discussed the details surrounding our needs. He took his time explaining details regarding the renovations and the products being used and made sure that we understood every detail. By the end of the conversatoins, Heath was able to get us set up for new installation the very next day at 7 am. The North Star Bath crew showed up promptly at 7am and started working immediately. I was realy amazed how they provided protected covering to ensure they did not track dirt in the house. It was a 2 man crew that came in and tore down the old bathtub unit and installed the new one in one day! These guys installed the shower exactly how we discussed with Heath the day before and provided a customer satisfaction survy as well as a proper cleaning brouchure for the caring of our new shower. They alsocleaned up and left the house exactly the way it was when they arrived. My father and I are not ones who make hasty decisions however, the staff at North Star made us very comfortable to move forward right away. they handled us with care and my family felt that our needs mattered to them and they were concerened about making life easier for us. Thank you for a rapid turn around and a beautiful shower. I will forever be a very satisfied customer.
