Benjamin Ballinger, fitness instructor/trainer, is a professional who is welcoming, supportive, knowledgeable, and approachable. He is well-educated to answer any fitness and nutritional questions.

Ben encourages and pushes all of his trainees to the limits. With Ben's support and encouragement, I am more toned and have built stamina and endurance within a short period of time. I am now unstoppable! =)

I look forward to every class and am ready to take on fun challenges and routines. Ben's challenges and routines are never the same nor are they boring. Ben also focuses and spends time with his trainees to talk about nutritional plans. He makes sure that we understand that we are what we eat. Therefore, eating proper healthy meals plus giving 120% during workouts equal good results.

Ben is passionate about what he does and it really shows. He truly wants to help all of us reach our goals.

All thanks to Ben, I am officially addicted to his boot camp program and living a healthier lifestyle! =) I highly recommend Ben's boot camp program! Give it a shot and you'll know what I mean.
