Armstrong Carpet & Linoleum did a lousy job on the installation of sheet vinyl in my lobby. The flooring started to pucker up after five months. I called them to see if they can fix it. After coming out twice, they said there was nothing they could do. They said it was because of moisture underneath. They, however, did not do a moisture test prior to the installation. If they did, they could have sealed it or used different adhesive. I would not recommend them.
I needed carpet in my house because it gets really cold in Daly City. The previous owner had pergo installed in the house before we moved in which was a bad idea I think. I got a pretty good deal at Armstrong for new carpet and installation. They are really fast workers and they were very careful handeling all my furniture.
