Cherry Creek Place has been a good experience in the short time I've lived here @ Blueline Properties. The staff is fast, efficient, knowledgeable and doesn't waste time responding to needs like broken disposal or window locks, even down to paint and duct covers.

More so than efficiency, all staff, regardless of position is always friendly and wiling to help; even if busy. The lobby, halls and laundry room are always clean. The cleaning staff is also friendly and will stop to help, even changing out a quarter from own pocket!

The exercise room is equipped with everything you need. As is the business center. There's even a playroom for the kids in case you need them occupied while engaging in any of the above activities. I also appreciate the no smoking policy in my building. Though there are many dogs (I have serious allergies), the grounds are kept clean, the residents are respectful of each other, and I can't even smell/tell they own them. Of course, living with pets, one may hear an occasional bark, but I haven't yet.

Living in the middle of Glendale area also has many benefits. Stores, Cherry Creek Mall, gas stations, banks, schools, auto dealers and repairs! close to museum, parks, the highline canal, and university is great too.

Its cost efficient as well. Not too expensive. I was surprised! for this great area and services offered.

Others may have differing opinions. But we've been here a month (after living in houses for many years I thought it would be a difficult transition) and in the first week, as the unit was still being renovated, they answered everything we requested and even called to verify whether it was taken care of, how, when, and if it was done to our satisfaction. They came by personally with reminders and gave us updates on progress.

I believe we're going to like living here even more as time goes on.
