Mark Barkett Dunwoody Detailing & Window Tint

HORRIBLE. This is not a business this is a low budget operation. If you purchased a Groupon from them I would get my money back NOW! I can't believe they are still in business. I'd rather pay a professional business hundreds more than pay a reduced price to have them do a full window tint.

Lenox mall really has the best window tint shop in Atlanta!! They did a great job on my g35 for $170 with warranty. Also the guys that do the detailing there gave me a discount to get my car cleaned after and also did an AWESOME JOB! There's not many reputable companies out there but this one can be trusted!

My first appointment was canceled without any prior notification. When I arrived, "Scott" told me the window installer cut his hand very badly, so he would have to reschedule me. On my way to my second appointment, "Scott" said my appointment would have to be rescheduled again due to over booking issues. After reminding him that I was making a 45 minute drive twice already, he said to come anyway. I presented a half off depot voucher, after speaking to Scott about it a few days before about it. After the installation of the window tint, they decided not to accept my voucher, stating it was only for detailing. When I told the guy who was taking payments, Scott knew I was paying with my voucher, he didn't know who I was talking about. I called "Scott" and told him what was going on and he said he would call the owner on my behalf. Come to find out from the workers there, there was no "Scott" & the guy on the other end of the phone was Mark, the owner! I will NEVER use this company again!!

I used a discount coupon company and baught a $49 detail valued at $110.When i called the company they were very nice and explained everything that came with the coupon. They were able to work around my schedule and sent the detailer wes to clean my mercedes s55, I have to say it was the best $49 i ever spent. GREAT DEAL !!!

This was the first time I have used this company, when I called the owner(mark) answered and was very nice, I was looking to have them come to my house to detail my minivan(kids made it crazy dirty). Mark explained to me many options and was able to have a detailer out the following day. WOW ! I love my van again. thank you
