Out of all the Gyms I've been to, this ones the best. Very clean and never over crowded and the Trainers are all Pros. Nothing beats the Takedown Challenge for losing weight.

YES! Love Love Love this place! The Training Spot is the place to be! Not only do they have great trainers, they offer a great nutrition program. Their facility is clean and equipment is well taken care of. I love it here because it is not intimidating like most "big gyms" can often be. The people that work there and those that workout are friendly and supportive. My trainer Diane is the best....she is a ROCKSTAR! Super motivating and great at her job! The Training Spot is a must if you are looking to live a healthier lifestyle!

This is my first time participating in the TakeDown challenge and the program works because of the thorough and complete explanation of the program from The Fetters. The meals are delicious, and easy to make; the program is very straightforward and if you have questions, have an 'off' day, they will motivate you to continue with the program with words of wisdom and first hand nutritional facts.
The gym is very clean and the staff really embraces your needs: The Training Spot has truly changed my outlook on food, nutrition and how to live a long and healthy life without missing out on anything.

It is a small deli that prepares some of the recipes recommended for the nutritional part of your program. It is so nice to be able to eat healthy and not have to cook everyday. It has made a big difference for my success on this program.

The entire Training Spot staff really cares about all the clients and pushes me to do my best and to focus on eating right and working out regularly. But what I found was I did not go on a diet, I just ate the right kind of foods in smarter propotions. I eat more of the good stuff, a lot less of the bad stuff, I exercise a little more often than I normally did and the weight is coming off. I'm down 20 lbs in 3 weeks without trying that hard.
The menu T-Spot gives you is easy to follow and make. It is life as normal, just making smarter decisions. ANYONE can lose weight if they just try.

This is a great place to workout with two locations to schedule your workout. The staff is wonderful and friendly. You always leave there in a sweat knowing that you have accomplished something.And yes you will be sore the next day but well worth it. NO PAIN NO GAIN!!
