We had a client come into the bank after some bad roof damage. She had gotten a quote from another roofer that never even bothered to climb on the roof. He told her that the insurance company would never cover all of the costs and she would be responsible for a huge chunk of the costs; therefore she thought she was going to have to take a loan out to fix what the insurance company would not pay for. We gave her your card and told her to call and get an estimate to see what you could do for her. She just came into the bank, blown away by the service she had received from your staff. Your estimator got on the roof, took pictures and because of the quote and the advice of your staff she is getting a new roof for only the deductable of her policy. I just wanted to let you know how appreciative I am of the first class customer service any client I refer to you receives. Keep up the good work.
