Carlton Small is an excellent sales person who does whatever it takes to make sure your needs are met. We own 2 MBs and will probably add another for our daughter. Carlton makes the experience painless and enjoyable.

The sales person I have dealt with, Shariff, is excellent and responsive. The service department, in particular as represented by Lori and Mike, has been superb (I have bought 4 new cars from them and have taken them a 5th MB purchased elsewhere, all handled professionally and competently in every regard). This is not a faceless corporate owned facility but one owned by a successful and involved individual who knows how to attract the best people and satisfy discerning customers. I highly recommend MBSO.

NO CONTACT: My second bad experience. Both times Lori Nilsen will not pick up the phone or call me back with requested status updates, maybe an email every 4 days. No customer service or sense of urgency whatsoever. Car has been there 6 days and i don't even have an estimate. The only reason i brought it for a 2nd time was the hope that they could again fix the same issue i brought the car in with the 1st time. Absolutely horrible......TWO DAYS LATER: I was told the car should be ready today. When i tried to call, i was hung up on by receptionist Bianca Heap after asking her if there was anyone who could help me get the status on my vehicle and having her transfer me to multiple numbers where no one answered. Lori is nowhere to be found and not answering phone calls or emails. I called every service manager, including the director down the line and not one of them can pick up. They have terrible reviews all over the internet that i should have read!!

Terrible Terrible terrible, Special Sam Our Sales Man, Do not ask about him, most likely he do not know what his doing and will let you come 4~5 times to correct his childish mistake, The sales manager misspelled 2 times our name in two different appointments, unbelievable after we give them our Drive license, Good Lord just copy from the Drive license! After that another call the paper for the warranty are to be remake, What? Are you serious? Well when I ask way we need to get back for the 4th time they give me some stupid explanations like it is for my good that car need to be reinspect, so I ask for discount on some upgrade to some parts that I wan to buy, well no way, I ask to take care of us and make up for the four times and 45 minutes of drive to get there for the mistake that they continue to do and we do not have any part of it but that rude SAM and unprofessional of our sales man told us that they do no need to give discount or anything, and we already close the deal as is if I want he can give me some coffee or a bottle of water! Can you believe that incompetent and unprofessional person! I do have a business as well and when I screw up we try to make up for our clients in anyways, and this people want give us a coffee for the 4 times that we lost time and gas. WARNING DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!
