Erin does great, accessible, fun pilates classes outdoors. It's a very enjoyable way to add some variety to your workout routine and more social than going to a gym.

After doing 3 days a week of boot camp I wasn't sure what Pilates would be about. It is a great workout!
I love the stretching and strengthening exercises. Erin is a knowledgable teacher with a calming voice. I have really enjoyed being a part of her class!

Pilates has been a very pleasant surprise. It helps to lengthen & strengthen muscles. I have back issues & pilates is healing my muscular pain. The class is challenging, yet so relaxing.

Erin has been my pilates instructor for 2+ years now. I've done both classes and one-on-one pilates training with Erin (owner of Trubodi Fitness). She is very knowledgeable and makes each workout fun. Pilates is one of those exercises that you really look forward to doing!

I'm 47 years old and have some limitations (bad knees, etc), but the sessions with Erin have really helped me increase my flexibility and strengthen my core. I actually feel "taller" since taking Pilates!

One of my friends who introduced me to pilates said that anyone over 40 years old MUST take pilates ... and, after 2 years + of pilates, I agree 100%. Pilates is one of the best exercises around.

Pros: Gets Results, Fun, Easy To Follow Workout

Cons: Not a "con" but you will feel this workout and see results!
