I took my car for regular routine to this dealership since I moved to Santa Clarita from Glendale. I had the worst service experience. First, they called me to tell me that my car needed several mechanical work beyond what is provided in Service B. I told them to just perform the regular service and that I would take my car to another dealership to get the work performed. A day after I picked up my car from service, I started having problems: my car door holders broke (on both driver and passenger side), my center console came apart, my oil malfunction warning came on, the washer fluid warning light came on, and my car started to have problems. I took it to another dealership where I personally knew the mechanics who worked there and they told me that several parts were not put back correctly (some of the valves were left open), that some wires were somehow disconnected. They also told me that I did not need the additional work that Mercedes of Valencia recommended. I will never return to this dealership. I never called them to notify them of the issues I experienced since I was too upset to deal with them. I believe that they intentionally did the damages to my car so I would return to get them repaired with them. This is not the best way to win a customer. I do not recommend this dealership.

Kevin Malone, former GM for the Dodgers and Hall of Famer Eddie Murray are partners in this dealership. I've met both and they seem to be upstanding people.

Their service people at MB of Valencia are another story.

My previous experience of having my car serviced took 2 hours longer than they told me. If this were a Toyota or Ford, I would expect that of service. But it's a fairly new MB. The service guy kept telling me it would be another 20 minutes!

Anyways, I vowed to take my car to an independent mechanic for my next service. In January of 2009, I had new brakes and my air filter changed at the independent mechanic. Wasn't much cheaper, but I knew I wasn't getting jerked around.

Earlier this week, my wife said the "check engine" light was on. She brought her car to MB of Valencia because it was on her way home. They called me and told me what was wrong. They estimated it would cost $760. They also said my front brake pads were low and that I needed to change my air filter!

I asked the service writer if they actually looked at these components and she said "yes". I then mentioned that both were replaced in January by my independent mechanic. She replied that she made an error and that "those repairs were required for another car."

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm....

I allowed them to change my oil, but not to do any of the repairs. They said they would have to charge me an additional $130 "diagnostic fee". Sorry Kevin and Eddie, I don't think I will be supporting your expensive dealership ever again!

Once I literally stood in the showroom for 15 minutes looking at a car and not one person approached me. The last and final straw was when a sales man came out introduced himself, when I told him what car I wanted to look at and test drive he told me he had to get someone else to help me. I waited over 10 minutes and no one ever came back out. Ended up going to Keyes, got help as soon as I got on the lot and purchased my car from them. Also, one side note. Took my car to Valencia to have them look at a problem I was having. They informed me I had a recall, they fixed that problem but said they couldn't find anything wrong with the car. Took the car to Keyes a few weeks later. They fixed the problem. Will never go to Valenica Mercedes again.

This is a nice dealership with a good vehicle selection. The pricing could be better and they aren't as willing as others to work out pricing. There salesman could have better product knowledge, but they don't hard sell which is nice.
