We really liked Joby and the guys. Weve hired other general contractors in the past and Temecon was by far the best craftsmen we've come across. They gave us a beautiful new kitchen and bedroom with second bath. The detail was superb and they paid attention to what we had instructed them to do right down to the last detail. The price was great, too.
We got off to a bit of a rough start because I couldn't understand their website. We almost didn't call them, but a friend recommended Temecon to us so went ahead. Glad we did in the end. If it wasn't for the website - which I understand they are going to change - I would have given them 5 stars.

Another great company and an awesome general contractor! What a great value for my money! this is the second review I have given to a company today and i am glad to say it is the second great review. I have no problem letting people about the bad companies and i am really beginning to love these review sites. Finally, as consumers we can hold companies accountable. no need with temecon. their work wa excellent. We only needed a bath remodel, but boy did they do a superb job. All the corners and edges are smooth and straight. my molding is flush with the wall and the tile work is beautiful. I will try to post pictures as soon as i can. Temecon is an excellent San Diego contractor! Great value for your money.

Of all the contractors in San Diego, Temecon is by far the best value. Good quotes and top quality work. I've worked with San Diego general contractors my entire career and trust me, these guys know what they are doing, from the finest little detail to an entire new construction project.
I don't think you are allowed to put personal information in these reviews. Otherwise, I would make myself available as a reference - I feel that strongly about this company.
If you have a remodeling project, new construction, a kitchen remodel, bath remodel or even a deck project, call Temecon. At least let them bid on your project. I promise you will be happy with the value you get with Temecon Building Contractors.

Alright already!!! These folks have been trying to get me to write a review for them for a long time. They actually did the work on my home last year when i was looking for a San Diego general contractor to build a couple of room additions to my house. I checked around and even called that guy with the big ego. You know the one who likes to put his face all over his TV commercials on channel 4? I think another reviewer mentioned that guy, too. I won't say the company's name, but they were really stuck up. Too much for me so I got a few quotes and Temecon tied with another company. I chose Temecon because they just seemed more professional and like they knew what they were doing. I believed I was getting experience and quality, all at a good price, and I did.
the project took about as long as they planned and the rooms look absolutely beautiful. My husband and I have invited the entire community over to see our house. Yes, we are proud and the envy of all our neighbors.
We were so pleased with the value we got from Temecon, we kept their sign outside our home for about a year after the work was finished. We want everyone to know that we are happy with them and are always eager to reward good contractors and merchants. I have no problem letting everyone know about the bad ones, too (so look out ego guy!).
Temecon is a great company, but what does temecon mean anyway? I've been meaning to ask. If anyone finds out let me know. Great job guys!!!!

They did a very good job and even re-did some work they were not satisfied with. I thought it looked great, but wanted to be perfect. Not too many contractors like that out there. Great service and great value for a San Diego general contractor.

Temecon was a very good company. They did a good job on the various tasks we asked them to do for us including some extra work that wasn't in our agreement. They were happy to accommodate us. Some stuff they did, we didn't even ask. We gave them an extremely tight schedule to complete the work and they had crews out everyday and finished on time. Some minor issues noise, but they guys were very nice as they worked.

My family had an excellent experience with this San Diego general contractor. They did great work on their remodel, and couldn't believe the difference in their house when I went for a visit. My mom and dad were able to be hands off the entire time, and they ended up with exactly what they wanted. The construction company and their subcontractors were always on time and near perfect on budget. The value receive with their service is immeasurable.

My husband and I just got married so we could not afford a whole lot, but our new home needed a lot of work. Temecon helped us make the place livable and didn't over charge us for it. My husband says they are the best contractors he has ever hired. We love our new home and we would like to thank Temecon for giving us such a great price.

I have worked with many contractors and Temecon is a great value should you need to do a remodeling project such as a kitchen remodel, bath remodel or any type of construction. Very good company to work with.
Temecon is a great value for anyone who wants to add a room, remodel their kitchen or bath. Few San Diego general contractors can match Temecon's customer service - and their prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work you get.
Ask them to give you some design suggestions as well and they will provide you with ideas to save money, save energy and promote comfort. Temecon is truly a San Diego gem.
I must say that I have not used them personally, but two neighbors on my street have used them and their work is beautiful.
And yes, I'm one of your nosey neighbors who is always peering out the window. Temecon worked on those houses very professionally. Their workers and subcontractors never slacked off or wasted time and the biggest deal for me, they didn't mess up the neighborhood every night.
One of the neighbors invited us in to their home to see the new work and it is absolutely stunning. If I ever needed a general contractor to remodel my home I would call them. i don't know how much they charge, but their work sure is beautiful.

I have always done renovations of different properties I own and always on the look out for a good contractor where my properties are. Joby and the guys were terrific. Ive hired many general contractors in the past and never have I gotten as much value for money as I did with Temecon. They were clean, meticulous and quite the perfectionists. I would hire them again without hesitation. Thanks Temecon for doing such a great job on my room addition. This is a great San Diego general contractor.
I am very particular when choosing anyone who works on my home. When I lived in California I searched for the the top San Diego general contractor I could find, and ended up choosing Temecon. I ended up with a great deal of value for my money, and they came through on time. I was so sad to have to sell my house when I got transferred, but it was still worth it.
