I Extremely impressed! they answered all of my questions over the phone and was very helpful. We had an absolute mess with some very tough, dried up stains. I thought it was hopeless. theyr came, took a look at the mess, and I think he wanted to run the other way, but we asked him to do his best and the results were amazing! would absolutely recommend them, can't say enough about what a good job they did, the technicians know how to treat and properly clean puppy soil from my carpet. The carpet looks new and clean! I will definitely be calling you back again.
