According to me this company is highly rated in terms of their professionalism and service quality. I would rate them 5 for their service, communication and punctuality. What matters the most is the way cleaning is done and it was done with all the best equipments they must have and the job was done to utter most satisfaction.

When one of my co-workers recommended NYH i was skeptical at first due to some not-very-pleasant experience with cleaning services in the past. I opted for nyh because of their 100% satisfaction deal and the wonderful things my co-worker had to say about their service. No words can express my satisfaction when i got home from a tiring day at work. I found my apartment sparkling and absolutely spotless!!! the maid outdid herself!!! she went into every corner and thoroughly cleaned it. The representatives at nyh are so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely use the service again and would highly recommend them. It was truly a pleasure!!!

One of my friend living in Denver recommended me to use services of New York Housekeeping. She hired them while living in New York and recommended them saying best cleaning experience. I also hired them for cleaning my apartment and was impressed with their job. They were quite up to mark as my friend told.

Simply incredible...the time David and Bima from NY housekeeping arrived it was impressive. Past experience from some other company was a bit harassing but this time it was the best. Cleaning of baths and kitchen was upto mark. Home was left sparkling clean and smelling good.

I was out of words as all the positive reviews that I had thought were already left by the company's customers. But still would love to leave some words of appreciation which the company deserves and a lot of thanks to the team of maids that came to my apartment for house cleaning.
Many of my friends do believe in my call for references and I would definitely refer them to my friends and known ones.

This is one housecleaning service I would never use. The best word to describe this company is ""criminal"". Their cleaning isn't bad, BUT, first one of their workers stole jewelry. A gold bracelet that I had out on a tray and a few pieces my wife had in her jewelry box. NY Housekeeping took no responsibility for this. Said they would talk to the girl, then said she said she didn't do it.... You would think that was enough but no, four months after I stopped using them they charged my credit card for a service they obviously never did. So please be very careful!!!!!!

We have been a long time customer of this company and have always been very happy with the exceptional work our cleaner does. A couple of months of using this service and having the same girl we eventually gave a key to her so we didn't always have to be restricted to being home while she was cleaning. We have her come on a weekly basis and she not only cleans but she washes our clothes and even changes our cats litter box. We have a young son so we're very concerned about certain chemicals so we have her use our own green cleaners and she just tells us when were low on supplies and we order more. We're very comfortable with having this company in our home and think someone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cleaning service in nyc may want to give them a try.

I booked service with new york housekeeping they came in yesterday and cleaned my apartment. I'm not sure how they did it, but everything was MUCH cleaner and shinier than when I clean it myself. The kitchen sparkled, bathroom and shower were cleaner, and most amazingly, they organized all the clutter on my desk into neat piles. Excellent service and reasonably priced, I'd highly recommend them!

I've been using NY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE on a monthly basis since the fall, and I've had a great experience with them. A friend recommended them to me after my housekeeper for 3 years moved out of the area. I had a couple different cleaners, but after Grace cleaned my kitchen like I'd never thought was humanly possible, I called and requested that she stay as my permanent maid. Their office staff happily obliged.

The customer service has been very helpful whenever I have questions or need to change an appointment, and I find their price to be reasonable.

the crew of ny housekeeping did an amazing job. they where efficient, unobtrusive, friendly, and completely thorough. She and the guy delivering the cleaning supplies showed up on time if not even a few minutes early. My tub and kitchen have never looked this good. I will absolutely be using them again and would use them all the time if I could afford such luxury. Ahhhhh if only. Overall, an A+ experience with ny housekeeping yay!

The first time I used NY HOUSEKEEPING , they did an amazing job. The maids that came to clean my home made in look immaculate. The cleaning ladies were efficient, very friendly and completely thorough. They did the bathroom, windows inside and out, dirt, grime and dust that I had accumulated. The bath tub shined like it was new. They had done approximately three times the work that another cleaning service had done for me in the past, and for not much more in price. I am really satisfied with the job they provided for me.

Just had my eighth cleaning with this company . Sofie came in and did her job quietly (and perfectly, I might add). Everything was ship-shape - immaculate. The kitchen floors were sparkling, the bathrooms smelled fresh, and the bedrooms were made like in a hotel. After each visit the customer service department calls me to make sure that I was satisfied with the job that was done. Now which company does that? They are extremely professional and courteous. The price is another thing to compliment. Very, very competitive for my flat, not like the other cleaning services I have used. I will continue to using their services on a weekly basis

I had my first cleaning this week with new york housekeeping , and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. I was able to get a price quote and schedule an appointment over the phone in less than 5 minutes. After, I was sent an email confirming my appointment and the price that I was quoted. I was even sent a reminder a couple days before the appointment. Very easy and convenient to have a record of everything.

The cleaning woman showed up right on time at 9am, which I stressed to the customer service girl was important as I had to leave for work. I showed her around quickly, and she was extremely sweet and friendly. I left her to her business and told her to close the door behind her when she was finished (it automatically locks). After a long day, I got home at about 11pm and found my apartment smelling and looking awesome! The floors were shining, the counters were sparkling, and the bathroom (especially my shower) was looking better than they have since moving in! The cleaning was very thorough, especially the dusting which was desperately needed. I compared what she did to their online scoreboard, and she really hit every point! She even did a few extra things, such as folding up my blankets that I had left out, washing and putting away the few dishes I had left in the sink, and organizing and wiping down the storage rack in my kitchen. I'll definitely be calling them again

I've been using new york housekeeping service for almost 1 year now and I'm very happy with the service they have provided all this time. The scheduling executive is SUPER friendly and accommodating. Setting up an appointment is really easy. New York Housekeeping did a spectacular job! Being nit picky when it comes to cleanliness, I couldn't have been more impressed with the job that the 2 punctual maids did in a mere 2 hours. We're very satisfied, overall, with their service and have scheduled monthly cleanings year-round. Their team is very polite, efficient and professional. They even cleaned areas that in our 4 years of living here, had never been touched. The floors were all hand washed and the baseboards look brand new. Being the owner of three dogs, I don't believe I have ever seen my floors or baseboards look so good!!

I would absolutely recommend NY HOUSEKEEPING to anyone looking for a spring cleaning or winter cleaning or regular cleaning. They are friendly and the owner could not be nicer. If CITY SEARCH would have provided me an option to give more than FIVE stars I would have done that.

I chose NY housekeeping to clean my house weekly because they seemed professional, the website advertise ""proud to be NY cleanest "", "" satisfaction guarantee"" the truth translation is sloppy and no care !! i usually never take the time to write a review, but this management frustrated me so much, that i just felt the need to let others no thats is nothing like what they say.... honestly a waste of money! I had to call and change maids twice, after several complaints from me. still nothing was changed.they also did my laundry, sometimes they would mix my clothes with other people intimate clothing, never found it the clothes neat i mean never! even though i complaint a million times of my clothes being wet and all winkle. I also requested to lay my clothes in my bed and they never did. and my complains were also to bad dusting, my floor was always left mediocre clean, my bathroom floor is white tiles they would use the mop all over the house and at last clean my bathroom floor can you imagine how dirty my bathroom floor was left ? indescribable ! worst then what it was before! stains on my piano and windows, one of the cleaning ladys were actually using news paper to clean the house thats right news paper !! they couldn't even bother to take the plates out of the dish washer the load that I had put to wash! just frustrating and poor poor services. and I know that is hard to find a nice cleaning lady or a company that fullfil all your needs but i tried making this work i really did but the management was extremity unprofessional and rude. a women named Christine Fico was "" taking care of my complaints"" FWI not caring at all she said she would send a Field Supervisor...ha! never did ! every time i called she left me in hold for a long time, was rude, never corrected any of my complaints, making me feel like it didn't matter...after I cancel the services by sending a email witch by the way you never get reply, i called to make sure they received my email all she said was "" we got your email "" and hanged up on me i sent a email saying i wasn't satisfied and she didn't even bother to say anything.... im telling you DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS PEOPLE !

I was attracted to NY Housekeeping because they seemed to offer a comprehensive service and treat their employees well. While the workers that came were nice people and very prompt, overall we were not pleased (some of our linens were ruined, etc) and ended up cancelling the service.

Here it where my complaint lies. After the cancellation, I asked to have my keys returned. I never received them. At first I was told that they were in the mail, and to wait. They never came. After many calls and emails that were ignored, I finally reached someone and was told that they put the keys in the mail, and there was nothing else they could do. I was concerned because now my keys are out there... in an envelope with our address. At the very least, I was hoping they would compensate us for a new set of keys. They said no.

All in all, we were very disappointed and would not recommend this service.

I am so pleased with New York Housekeeping and their service, promptness & courtesy. They did our cleaning & did a fabulous job. I was very impressed. We had been wanting to use a service for a while but just never got around to it. I actually sent several other emails to other services & never even pursued getting comp bids - I knew New York Housekeeping was the best choice for us! We're lucky to have found them!
