If I could give this business NO stars, I would! Do not use them, they are the worst! I bought a Groupon and scheduled for them to clean my home for a party I was having, and they never showed. I had to change my plans and find time to clean. To this day they have never returned my calls or emails. Unprofessional and unreliable! If you google them, u will see many more stories like mine! I wish i had Googled them before I purchased that Groupon! The worst!!

I received my cleaning from Margie and I must say I was very pleased with the service I received. I'm not sure which housekeeper the other people used but the one I had was wonderful. I have a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome. She moved quickly throughout the house and was very proficient in every area that she serviced. My kitchen looked like I just moved in it my bathrooms were spotless and everything dusted as I requested. Margie even did the small amount of dishes I had in my sink and took my dirty clothes to the laundry room in my basement.
Thank you for the wonderful service I will be calling again soon.

Definitely get this company to put in writing EXACTLY what you will receive in the "3 hr standard cleaning promotion"! Better yet, ask for a refund NOW, don't use them and tell your friends!! If you go by their website description of what the standard cleaning is, and participate in the 3 hour special, you will be terribly disappointed. They misrepresent themselves, exaggerate and outright lie! Who cleans a bathroom and doesn't wipe up the floor!? (this was just one example, I have many others). I spoke to a woman in their office, who made statements such as, "not everyone is fast, not all homes are in good condition to begin with, some homes we've cleaned had feces on their counter" etc. I made sure that all clothes were put away and no "clutter" to get in the way. I still left out family photo's, some nik naks, typical things in most homes. They also took pictures of my home without my consent - first thing Monday morning, I'm contacting my attorney. I believe this is illegal. I was hoping this was going to be a service that I would use again on a regular basis, but no way in h@#$ now. The only good thing I can say about this company is, their cleaning representative was very polite. Note to company...have someone spell check your web page!

I must say, that I am very disappointed in this company's customer service. In their website, it indicates the following
??MBPCC LLC strives to go the extra mile, so you will be pleased with our cleaning service and the quality of our work. We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.? But what happens when the customer ISN??T satisfied after the service has been rendered? Is it their policy to simply dismiss the customer??s concern with a ??you already got what you paid for?too bad? remark? In my honest opinion, that ISNT ??going the extra mile and guaranteeing my 100% satisfaction?.

On April 2011, I bought a deal through livingsocial (they also had one in Groupon) with this company, this voucher entitled me to a two-bedroom cleaning ?? 1 maid for 3 hours (or two maids for 1.5). It also mentioned that the cleaning provided would be the one described in their website as the ??Standard Cleaning?.

Angela came on the scheduled time and date. Her performance was less than satisfactory. All corners of the floor were left untouched, she didnt clean under the furniture, the powderoom was wiped with a dirty cloth, stairways un swept and all furniture left undusted.

I contacted Maryam Adams the Chief Executive Officer of MBPCC LLC and after many unpleasant phonecalls and emails, she offered me a "30 minute complementary cleaning" (I paid for 3 hours and got 2.5 ?? it isn??t ??complementary?) or there was nothing they could do for me. I honestly hope nobody else receives such a bad service!

Dyannette (Dee S.) was a previous customer of MBPCC LLC. Dyannette home was serviced in mid April. Our sales team squeezed her in our tight schedule(VIA EMAIL). During the cleaning appointment, Dyannette told our cleaners what she wanted done, after it was done. Our cleaners asked if their is anything else you needed done and Dyannette's reponse was "No, everything was fine"... and sent our staff home. Our cleaners noted on file that Dyannette's home was in extremely bad shape and in need of a serious deep cleaning. Dyannette purschased a standard cleaning which only benefits homes that are already in the best kepted condition. I was very apologetic and told her that her home was in need of more cleaning time which can be purchased. She refused to pay for more cleaning time and refused for our staff to come back and do a little extra for her. Dyannette sent many threatening/harrassing email to our company all day for days and stated she refused to call me. We have not once had a phone call from Dyannette. One of Dyannette threats was either "give me free hours or I will slander your name" Proof of this conversation is on file. available upon request.
