I haven't been to a dentist in years... Out of fear!! The staff from the time I walked through the door were wonderful and very comforting. The last experience I had with a dentist I needed a root canal which resulted in seeing two different ""specialists"" and multiple appointments. I was very hesitant when I was told I needed another and would have preferred to have it pulled. However through the education of the assistants they explained what needed to happen to save the tooth. Then to my surprise said dr. Cauley could do it right there on site! Best experience with any dr ever and now I have no pain and I got to keep my tooth!!!!!!! I would recommend this doctor and staff over any other!!!!!!!!!

Cleveland now has somewhere to have dental care completed!

The office manager worked to help me get the most out of my insurance benefits and even find financing for the balance. I didnt realize this was even an option. My husband and I needed to find a local dentist with good hours. Should have been my first clue bc those good hours are always booked solid and the hygienist doesn't even work on Saturdays! So my concern was that I was not willing to have my panoramic redone as it hasn't even been a year and was told they would take it. I had them sent over and in the mean time my husband went in and comes out with a 2,000 dollar work up order and was asked do you want to schedule all of that right now knowing that half of it wasn't even covered bc our max benefit runs out in the middle of it! So I get it and call and we discuss that we will start with the major issues and break it up. But it made me nervous bc they didn't at all try to look out for us! Then they do a cancer screening that our ins doesn't cover but tells us that it is routine yet after I just called today they said no you signed something, k prove it bc we did not knowingly sign anything of the sort! After my husband went in the last time and tried to explain that we don't want anything done wo asking us if our ins doesn't cover it. With raised voices both the receptionist and office manager said that is our responsibility to know what they cover! And while that may be true the tone and attitude were uncalled for and right there is when they lost our business! So now I am trying to get our xrays and told there is a 10$ charge..k, never heard of that but oh yah, they ""are a corporation"". and now she says they can't find my x rays and they wouldn't hv taken them from another dentist bc it's against their rules and so I said that makes sense that you would lie to us to get us in your office! Please don't use them! So happy cuz I found out that our insurance does cover us to go out of network at the same rates!! They are not out to take care of the customer...this office especially has NO customer service!!!!

I have had a couple of bad experiences with this place. They are outrageous and what to go around your bottom to geet to your elbow so they can charge unreal amounts. For an emergency they wanted to schedule an appointment 5wks away!!!
