Kettlebell with Richard is the only workout that will take you to the next level. As a very athletic adult, I workout six days a week combining my workouts with spin, boot camp, total body condition, turbo kick, zumba, yoga and pilates.

Richard's Kettlebell Training class is incredible and totally kicks ass!!! I try to do as many different physical fitness related things as I can (swim, run, lift weights, basketball, you name it), but this one takes the cake. Seriously, I'm sore in all sorts of new places my body has never been sore before, and although that word sounds frightening to some, man I feel so good and so fit!

Kettlebell's are the real deal. The workouts aren't easy. But what's good for you never is. Yes it will burn and be painful and make you sweat and push you. But it's also better and a more effective workout than anything you've ever tried.

Richard Lehman's Kettlebell class helped to take 40 pounds off my frame and made me lean, with lean muscle mass, and results were almost immediate. All those months of working on on machines did not do what kettlebells did to my body in just a matter of weeks. I never took Kettlebell before and was apprehensive at first but at the urging of my sister who has taken it before, I decided to give it a try.

Three words: OH. MY. GOD. Talk about a workout! It will really get your heart pumping and your muscles screaming (in a good way)! I lost weight and saw some nice muscle definition in my legs. It helped me with my half marathon training. The biggest plus is that Richard is such a professional and such a nice guy that he will help you with your form or if you have questions. The back rub especially helps my neck and shoulders. I'm always tense because of sitting in front of my computer all day but just a quick massage helps me to get rid of the tension in my neck/shoulders.
