Performance Subaru

After hearing from a friend how much they loved their Subaru, we decided to do some research and see if one might be right for us. I check the online models at a few of the local stores to see who had what I thought we would like. I eventually requested a contact via two of the stores websites. Let me just say, I was impressed with Performance from the start. Within about a minute, a woman named Shira had called me and told me that the Outback I had selected online was immediately available and asked when my wife and I could stop by to try it out. As soon as I had finished talking to Shira, I received an email from Fred Flack to confirm our appointment for that Saturday and introduce himself as our client advisor. This gave me a lot of confidence.
Things got even better when I got to the store. Fred out the Outback I picked waiting for me and was perfect. I had kind of already knew it was right for us because a friend had let us take a spin in theirs, but after spending some time in a new on and asking Fred some questions, I knew wed made the right choice. The car we bought had just arrived, so I didnt think we could take it home the same day, but to my surprise, they told us we could go grab some lunch and theyd have it detailed, gassed, and ready when we returned, and it was. The pricing was fair. I knew what I thought I wanted to pay and they worked with me. I dont like to haggle and I think they knew that and made things easy.
Fred is a real asset to Subaru. I would recommend him without reservation as well as the Outback. Id never thought of Subaru in the past, but I think I always will from now on. The Outback is as good for going to work as it is for putting our bike on the back and going out to the ATT.
