.

I went to the Swiss Farms Store 012 located in Clifton Heights on Monday, November 1, 2010 around 8 pm. I ordered 2 packages of Dietz & Watson Provolone Cheese and 2 packages of
Dietz & Watson Cooked Ham (7 oz). I ordered those things as well. One I returned to my home to put the items away, I noticed that there was a significant amount of green mold growing from one of the packages of the provolone cheese. I immediately returned it to the store where I was greeted by a female employee who apologized but was so disgusted by it that she wouldn't touch it. The guy who sold it to me (receipt names the employee as Peter) took it away without offering any apology. I told them I would NEVER buy any meat or cheeses at any Swiss Farms Stores. Utterly disgusting to have that happen. I guess the employees don't do quality control at their stores to check refrigerated products for expiration dates and appearance. Very poor product and customer service, I would not recommend buying any refrigerated or frozen here. I will also report my experience with the Department of Health.
