DO NOT TRUST THIS CONTRACTOR!!! I paid him half for the job, and when my insurance kicked in and paid him for the project, he was supposed to reimburse me. I still haven't seen the $1400 he owes me. He promised me he wouldn't keep the money. I've been waiting for 5 months now. I'll delete this when I get my money back.
