San Jose Carpet Cleaning

I am literally thrilled with this company! I did not think anyone was going to be able to get the smell of pet urine out of my carpets in my pets?? room. I am so thankful that they were able to do it because it was horrendous. I have definitely learned my lesson, I will not put of getting my carpets cleaned
because of money because now I know if it gets too bad I will have to get all new carpets put in. San
Jose Carpet Cleaning did an excellentttt job and I am so happy to have chose them to clean my carpets.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!! I was moving out of my apartment and wanted to clean my carpets so i would get my deposit back. The technician told me that the basic carpet cleaning would be fine and we would get our deposit back no problem. So after waiting for the technician for 5 hours to show up, we asked him if he can lock up when he's done. The next day we get a call from our landlord asking if we would like to do a walkthrough before they have the3 cleaning service come in and clean. So we show up, and in the entrance hall and kitchen is what looked like a bucket of dirty water all over the floors and the carpets had not been cleaned well at all. Then when I called to complain and get some of my money back i was hung up on twice and left on hold at least 5 times.

San Jose Carpet Cleaning was the most professional company I have ever come across. I made an appointment with this company two weeks in advance. At the time, I told them that I would call them if I needed to make a any changes. I called the morning of the appointment, because I had an emergency meeting come up, and I wasn't going to be home, so I rescheduled. The receptionist I spoke to, assured me that it was fine. When I later pulled up to my house- the technician pulled up right next to me, talk about good timing. He didn't lose any time and started right away. It didn't take long before he was finished and I was relieved to see the great job he had done. He gave me a 15% off coupon before he left, so I could use it for the next time I was in need of a cleaning job. Great Service, Great Business!! Thank you guys.

My parents haven't been well for a while now, and I figured I could ease their burden in regards of house cleaning part. I hired San Jose Carpet Cleaner's to do the job, I informed them of the situation and how important it was for me that they would do a good job. They assured me that would the best and take care of everything to my liking. I made an appointment for later the same day, since I wanted to ensure that I'll be at my parents house by the time they arrive. I was very pleased that the technician was on time. He was friendly and went to work quickly. He removed some stains that I had thought hopeless. My parents were so happy that there carpets got cleaned. I was very satisfied with the work the technician provided, and I can only highly recommend this company.

The service was quick and seemingly thorough. Rates were very competitive. The technician was helpful and did a good job. Carpets looked better than I had hoped. Highly recommend Bay Area Carpet Cleaning service to everyone.

Awesome company! I am pretty picky when it comes to cleaning my house, but after talking to a representative from San Jose Carpet Cleaning I had a feeling they knew what they were doing. They came to my house to do the job, and after only a few hours the carpets were already dry and looked great! Highly recommended.
