The ceiling stucco in our house has been bothering me for quit sometimes. We had a long rain couple of weeks ago and surely, our old roof leaked and stained the ceilings. We also had some cracks in the walls and ceilings too. Now I had the excuse to ask my husband to get rid of the stucco since he suggested that we should fix the cracks and paint the walls and the ceilings. We wanted a company that could fix our roof, remove the stucco, fix the cracks, and paint the whole interior of the house. We asked around and one of my friends referred us to New Era Remodeling and Repairs (NewEraRepairs.com). This company was very good in providing a detailed estimate and they were kind enough to revised their estimates when we added and deleted a few other tasks. They did a great and clean job. We will certainly hire them again for our future home repair needs.

We hired New Era to replace all of our 10 smoke detectors and install a ceiling fan in our outdoor gazebo. We called him on Saturday and he professionally installed everything next day, on Sunday. He is a smooth operator! We are very pleased with his professionalism and fees.

We have hired New Era a few times in the past for various home repairs and improvements. This time we hired them to fix some sheetrock cracks in some walls and ceilings and to paint the interior of our house in several places. As usual, they did professional quality work. Our family is always very comfortable with seeing these guys work in our house. They clean up after themselves every day and put everything back where they belong on daily bases. Their written estimates are always detailed and clear. Their prices are very good for the quality work they do. We feel that we are very lucky to know this professional remodeling and repair company. We??ll continue to use their services on as needed bases since they are a full home improvement service company and can professionally do everything from landscaping to roofing and everything in between.

Had masonry work performed to re-build stonework at the base of the pillars that support our patio cover. The mortar had broken loose and the top stones had all come off. Had to have all the mortar reworked and the top stones replaced.

I sent an email with pictures to New Era Repairs on Sunday, 10/21/2012 at 10:43AM. I received a reply from them at 1:15PM, asking when they could stop by to give an estimate. Pretty impressive, considering this was a Sunday!

David from New Era Repairs stopped by for an estimate on Monday, 10/22 as per our scheduled appointment, and then emailed me a detailed estimate the same evening. His price was very fair, and he could start the job immediately. I scheduled the work to begin on Thursday, 10/25, at 9AM.

David performed the repairs on time, at a fair price, and performed excellent work. I would highly recommend New Era Repairs for any stone masonry repairs!

My bathtub faucet was leaking for months and I was hesitant to call a plumber due to high plumbing repair costs. One of my friends suggested New Era Remodeling & Repairs. I called them and described the problem. They gave me a very reasonable estimate on the phone. The next day their plumber handyman showed up and fixed the problem within two (2) hours. While there, he also fixed my dishwasher which wasn??t draining well once I asked him to take a look at it. I'm going to hire this company for all my home repaire needs.
